    I HATE THIS PRINTER i thought will make my life easier but this made me so frustrated everytime i try to print i try all and sometimes i am lucky to connect to my ohone sometimes not

      Same...NOTHING HELPS...I can't print with the app and also not with my mac!!!!The network simply doesn't work, but my router is absolutely ok and new! I hate this printer...NEVER EVER will I buy something from canon!!!

    This thing is a piece of garbage. It won’t even sync with the WIFI and it’s brand new. I’m on my way to throw it in the trash, then off to buy a brother printer, I’ve had good luck with them.

    I’m really confused because when I go on the app it says that my printer cannot be found even though it’s connected to the Wi-Fi and want to do press my printer it comes up it says press the blue button on the printer but mine doesn’t have

      Hi, Shannon! The blue button in question is the lower "Start" button. You can see it in the video at 0:55 near the bottom of the picture. If that button happens to be a different color on your printer, its function should still be the same, so be sure to press it when prompted.

      Hi, Yasmin! If a router isn't an option, your PIXMA TS3120 can communicate with your iOS device directly when you put the printer in access point mode. Check your printer's manual for information on how to activate this feature.

    Can u set up without wifi at all?

      Hi! If a Wi-Fi network is not an option, your iOS device can still communicate with your PIXMA TS3120 by putting your printer into Wireless Direct mode which turns your printer into an access point. The two devices will be able to talk to each other directly. You'll find more information in your printer's manual.

    I was about to turn off the printer (TS3140) but the moment when I clicked it, the power lamp starts blinking. Whatever I pressed, it won't stop so I decided to unplug the printer immediately just to turn off. What are the proper ways to turn off this printer?

      Hi, Cyril! Turning off your printer is as simple as pressing the power button. When you do that, the printer will launch an automatic shutdown procedure that may take a few moments to complete and the power light will blink during that time. Once the process is done, the printer will fully shut down and the power light should turn off completely.

    What happens if the error button is on how the duck am I supposed to get rid of that huh, the numbers fluctuate between 4 E 0, what the hell am I supposed to do CANON

      Hi! Your PIXMA TS3120 is displaying "E04" which is short for Error 04. This error means that one or more ink cartridges are not properly installed. Please make sure that you're using genuine Canon ink cartridges, that you've removed all of the protective tape from each cartridge, and that you have each one fully and firmly installed in the printer. If you've made sure of all this and the error message persists, our US-based support squad will happy to lend you a hand.       Hi! If you wish to disable the wireless function on your PIXMA TS3120, just press the network button. That's the button with a little antenna on it, directly below the power button. When you press the network button, that same antenna icon should disappear from the printer's LCD screen. When that icon's gone, your wireless function will be disabled and you can reactivate it at any time by pressing the network button again.

      Hi, Reymar! Your printer's password is its serial number. You'll find that on the back of the unit and it will consist of 4 letters followed by 5 letters (example ABCD12345).

    I need to add an password when connecting the printer to phone, what is that password?

      Hi, Rebecca! If you're connecting through a wireless router, you'll probably need to enter your network password. If your iOS device is communicating with your printer directly without a router, then the password will most likely be the printer's serial number. You'll find this on a white label on the back of your printer with the serial number consisting of 4 letters followed by 5 numbers (example ABCD12345).
      If neither of these work, then we recommend contacting our PIXMA support team for additional guidance. Take a moment to register your PIXMA TS3120 first at canon.us/account and you'll get access to all of your support options including live chat and our 800 number.

    I think the secret to get this printer to work is to have a pc. Connect the printer by wire with USB 2.0, A - B, 1,8 m and go from there. Thats the only way this printer will work period. Wifi and all is just bs cause it does not work at all
