You can lower agreed playing time - you get feedback whether it's a good idea or not 7. If you're in a UK league and can't get a work permit for a player, loan them out to one of the top 8-9 leagues in Europe 8. You can see the player's interest in a transfer 9. Don't use the tight marking option in tactics, unless you have the right players for it 10. Know the rules of the leagues you're playing in

Because I mostly stick my not-yet-homegrown players in my B-team, winning Keuken Kampioen Divisie year on year with my U21 foreign wonderkid army, while the homegrown players get loaned out.
Having B-team in professional league structure not in U-21 or reserve leugue such as Jong ajax, R. Madrid castilla is good for your youth team. That means you dont need affiliate club to loan young players to increase their playing time. You only need affiliate club for scouting and commercial purpose.

Don't lose sight of the fact that it is a game and has scripted events. Get to know how your team reacts to what you say, which ones they like, which ones will make them lose confidence and which ones will make them overconfident. Sometimes you have to say and do things which don't make sense, but keep pushing that button.
Yeah, the most obvious of this is the pitch side shouts during a game. I’ve learned that some things I feel are good shouts IRL at certain points are DISASTROUS in FM. Most should almost never be used. The rest can only be used in specific situations. I used to just not use them as it wasn’t worth the risk. I’ve now mastered it from experience and I use between 2 to 6 shouts a game, depending on how well/badly it’s going.

I bought the mystery shirt🤣🤣
Respect for keeping the Macedonian flag!
I did at 1 point use my u23s as a money making tactic a Tuesday night friendly at home used to bring in an extra 10k a month or so but si patched it so I couldn't make any money off it
Being a small club and selling potential wonderkids without next sale clauses.
Once a player makes an apperance in the swiss league they are registeted for the entire season ever if they are sold. I wish i knew this before i accepted a bid for a key player then not being able to register a replacement.
Hey Z I ordered two shirts from mystery football about a week ago today, how long did it take to reach you in florida?
It takes a couple weeks

juventus kit? do you mean piomonte calcio? :D
Bro what we should do against Salah, Diaz or players like them fast and have good dribbling? Don't marking them don't press them... Ok but what we should do? Just pray?
I always give up on players if they don't get work permits. I need a continental loan infrastructure! LOOOOOOOANS.
Who uses weekly wage versus yearly wage?
I may be blind but I don't see the link for mysterykits, and I wanted to try one box out
Top line of the description
@@iamAyal I am blind then. Thank you
Yoooo.. it's a sign, I'm a massive Dortmund fan, and just stumbled upon this video cause I got FM22 for free via Twitch. >:O and you go and get a Dortmund kit!
No mention of stockpiling wonderkids just because? That's always my biggest problem towards the end of saves...just have too many guys I like.
my mistake is being generally too good and amazing at everything, its a hard life.
Can you add your rivals to be excluded from the mystery box so you don't have to burn an unlucky roll?
Yeah, there's a part of the website you can put teams you definitely don't want.
Can you make a series about noobies
Anyone else ever had a bug where on actual playing time it reads surplus’s to requirements even though they are starting a lot and the player says he is happy with being a regular starter but also keeps handing in transfer request because he isn’t playing 🤦🏻♂️ sometimes I hate FM
Generally if it reads surplus to requirements it means you have set that by transfer listing the player at some point. Once you in transfer a list a player you need to additionally readjust their playing time expectation
@@SimersFM no that was the first thing I checked. The game had deffo bugged out on different pages where you can find the same info about actual playing time it was saying different things for this one player and like I said he was a regular starter and I only agreed squad player.
number 10 is for Loki Doki....lol🤣
Why can't I currently have 5 subs in the UCL but the AI does. Is there a way around this please?
I feel like I have a decent amount of players rejecting loans to affiliates. Is that supposed to be normal?
Yeah, happens to me a lot. It’s usually when the player is too good for the club. You need to get better affiliates.
"Getting burned because you dont know the rules"... *LokiDoki enters the chat*....
