Man I swear you inspire me everyday, I practice so so so hard cause I want to play this crazy shit that you’re doing, you gave me a feeling, like I wanna get better, so much better . I play drums since I’m 5 years old and I’m kinda good at the drums but I can do better, your crazy drum skills show me to not just think: “yeah I’m kinda good that’s fine.” No! I can get better, you showed me. And I will get better!!! Just to feel the beats, the grove, the fcking speed that you show me every Time but by my self.

I think that by now he has just showed that he is an amazingly skilled technical player, but he overplays everything and this is not so cool...maybe he could try something else to show his real potential

@@tobey6604 there is nothing else he can do to show his potential... he is already an amazing hard working drummer as he is. Watch his older videos, and you will see that even 2 or 3 years ago he was a beast in the kit, imagine how much better he is now. And all that be cause he actually practices like 6 hours every day
@@tobey6604 He is having fun and even states that this is not how the song should be played. But since he "overplays everything," you might be happier at any of the thousands of drum channels where the drummers don't "overplay everything." Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Agreed. On both counts.
He overdrums too much. There is something to be said about simplicity at times. Very talented and can drum very fast but fast isn't always what's called for. It's the biggest thing I think he needs to work on, is kind of dialing it back at times. And too much showboating. But otherwise, hell of a talent.
@Parallelocam I agree to a certain extent. The point of videos like these are to entertain, and it's way more entertaining to watch him do this than to just watch a normal cover. If he was playing live tho this style wouldn't fit.

That snare sounds so good. Snappy AF. Of course El Estepario can make anything sound good, for instance a plastic bucket in the snow, but that snare is just so so good.
