1:15:45 Ramayan- Mahabharat is not Mythology. Ramayan- Mahabharat is 'Ancient History of Bharat'. You can use the word 'Ancient History' instead of mythology, just like how we say recent history. Mythology means a collection of myths. Otherwise a great podcast😊

They are epics, claiming them to be history is to demean their value.
It's useless to discuss there authenticity as real events so it's better to learn from them whatever they are offering.
He and many others have to agree with the idea of calling it history even if he has disagreement because people get easily offended by such things.

Learnt a lot from nilesh bhai so thank you kushal...Good session but Korean working culture is not sustainable at all and very unhealthy (heavy addictions amongst youngsters)...Koreans have high rate of suicides...not worth it @ Mr Nilesh Shah...Indians are already working hard...youngsters have sacrificed tons of mahours with very poor labour laws ( many weekends unpaid in india) ...we need to create ease of business with better labour laws and governance instead of human exploitation , more job opportunities and above all bring more people into tax bracket...this one generation funda is utter nonsense...need to create innovative ways to teach personal finance in university etc especially awareness about product like NPS or MF etc.
This gyaan of 84 hrs per week is absolutely ridiculous by Mr Nilesh shah...totally disagree...that's why so many people leave banking due to poor pay scale and horrible working hours...top management at kotak needs to change their mindset and should strongly discourage such toxic working culture environment...labour laws in Korean or any developed nation is very different than in india..so wake up nilesh bhai...

I never expected such irrational statement from an otherwise sensible Nilesh.
Anyone talking about 84 hour work week is nothing but a fool and trying to make others fool.
Number of hours does not corelate to productivity. Even if one generation works 84 hours, nothing much will change for the next generation. The future of the nation depends on the character of its people. In a country where exam papers can get leaked, I don't believe working long hours will make the lives of the next generations easier. Ethics is more important than hours worked. Ethical and rational minds will make a better Bharat.
Mostly people pretending to work long hours are indulging in internal office politics and kissing the arse of their boss. A leader and a legend like Nilesh, should not propagate the idea of 84 hour work week.
