Sir/Madam agar kisi insaan ka koi income nahi hai par us insaan ko uske family ne paisa dia hai aur us insaan ne us paise se agar koi share purchase kia hai (for example adani enterprise) Rs 1000 × (2000 share) aur usne kuch hi din mein uske share bech dia (swing trading kia) jab uska share 3000 touch kia to uska profit hua 40 lakhs to us insaan ko kitna tax dena padega? Aur wo insaan konsa tax bracket mein aayega? Kindly reply..

Antha difficult enu illa bedi it's easy by getting Form 16 and AIS information systems to gindout Tax deduction to solve it not much complicated. Only think about the regime like old or new choosen it's easy

In my form 16 , deduction for madical insurance not showing, but company deduct every month approx 1200 , then can I claim 1200*12 = 14400 at the time of Filling ITR under 80D .....
I have not any medical insurance other wise.
Pleae suggest...💚

Sir I personally fill my ITR on 6 June 2023 for assessment year 2023-23 my tex deduction was RS -/63226 (sixty three thousand two hundred twenty six)unfortunately I miss a cloum where deducted amount and TAN and name of the deductor are being filled.
when I submit the ITR I found that tex deducted RS .0 And amount refund Rs .0
After such incident I fill Revised ITR and claim full refund.
it shows process completion on 08 July 2023 .and Estimated Demand : NILL.
sir pls look this matter so that I can get refund back.
pls guide and help me I will be very thankful to you.
