    सर, सांस तो सिर्फ दौड लगाने पर ही लांबी होती है ।
    अगर बैठ के काम करे तो सांस की लंबाई इतनी नही होती।

      Chandra Namskar chandra naadi ke liye hi kiya jata hai. lekin use karte tab hai jab koi imbalance ho

    Sir maine tribandh ka abhyas kiya tha 7 din ke liye .
    Aaj 6 shaal ho gye,mai 24 ghante yahi mehsus karta hu ki meri left nostril ya ida nadi jyada khuli rahti hai . pingala nadi bhut kam chalti hai.
    Kai prakar ki pareshani bhi hai lekin koi root cause pta nhi chal pa raha hai,जिसमे अत्यधिक निद्रा मुख्य है।
    मैं बहुत नींद लेता हु लेकिन फिर भी आराम नहीं मिलता है।😭😭😭😭

    Sir, meri pingala nadi 15-20 days se 90% active rehti hai, raat ko bhi jab check karte h, to kya karna chaiye? Aapne jo right armpit me fist ko press karne kaha hai vo kitni der karna. Doctor k paas jane pe vo high BP batate hai. Anulom-vilom, chandrabhedi, bhramari,etc ye sab kitni der karne se ida nadi jyada active hogi?

    स्वर बदलने के लिए चल रहे स्वर वाली कांख में कौनसे हाथ की हथेली दबानी है। स्वर वाले हाथ या विपरीत जिस तरफ स्वर बदलना है।
