some random dungeon healer tips and thoughts for sophie -
It may be helpful to think about trash pulls in dungeons in terms of how much time they take to kill, roughly 30-45 seconds based on how good the party dps is (also accounting for running times between the two packs). White mage on its own can negate 8 seconds of auto attacks from mobs just through use of holy, and that absolutely counts as mit, damage prevented is just as good as damage healed.
That also means you'll also get 1-2 lilies per double pull, an assize, a tetragramaton off-gcd heal, and a couple of divine benisons to use, roughly totaling 3 full life bars of health that you can restore or prevent loss of during every trash pull segment of a dungeon without ever stopping your dps to use a Cure, and that's not even adding in your asylum bubble, benediction, or the lilybell that you can summon, all of which have longer cooldowns. Basically, your off gcds are worth it. The trash is typically more dangerous than the boss (once you actually know the dungeon mechanics, obviously) so its not usually worth holding things back for the boss.
You *should*, assuming a competent tank, be able to get through the trash though without ever having to dip into GCD heals that aren't lilies. Warriors in particular don't even need a healer in casual content like this if they're played well. That doesn't mean you're useless, just something to frame your thinking in as to how much pressure you should feel. You shouldn't feel like you always need to be babying the tank for every point of damage.

nice job, guys! healing can be nerve racking until you've got muscle memory down and know your spells well. don't sweat it. it just takes some experience and sleeping on it. you'll be a pro in no time.

Getting hit by the staves inflicted Doom that needed to be Esuna-ed, but Sophie didn't notice the Doom debuff applied to her and the other summoner. They both died when the debuff hit zero.

Sophie, you're doing fine healing. remember one thing though, always heal yourself first. as long as the healer is alive, party can still recover.

2:18 It is, isn't it? Do you want to match the thing, or be the opposite? Remember Themis fight and the light/dark puddles?
14:00 That looks just like Scarmiglione's move. I wonder if Durante taught it to him.
