When is it the judge’s duty to prove jurisdiction?
On some videos, if you ask the judge politely, he will give you a straight truthful answer.
What these idiots do not understand is that jurisdiction does not have to be proven to their satisfaction. It only has to be proven to the judge's satisfaction. Once the judge rules that's it until you win an appeal. Other than that you do not get to challenge the decision of the judge.
