recently got a 4070 ti super with an i7 13700k, couldn't be happier with these choices!
Got a similar build 4070 Ti Super MSI Ventus 3x with the 7800x3D instead using MicroCenter CPU bundle

Should I get a 3090 24 gb: $700
Or
6800xt: ~$500
Or any other suggestions on the build
If you're in that price range, consider a 4070 Super. Only notable downside is 12GB VRAM.
air cooling is completely fine with the 7800x3d, that can save you 200 bucks if you're not going for aesthetic
the 1000w seems overkill
if you go for the 3090 you'll be at ~630W
and if you go for the 6800xt you'll be at ~580w
I have the 6800xt and the performance is amazing, the temperature has never gone over 63 degrees.
The cons is the RGB, the red devil I have, the RGB doesn't work.

watercooled is not better than normal cooled, so it would only be for cosmetics

an ryzen 5 7600 +b650m-p pro from msi mobo it should be around 320/350$ add to this 2*16gb ddr5 6000mhz for under a 120$ a 650w psu any trusted psu would do it but lets take a 700/750w to make it futur proof for any upgreads for 60/75$ add to that an msi case for under 70$ we'd have around 400$ left from the1k so either get a 7700xt (they were going for around 390$ not too long ago) or the arc a770 (300ish option if u still want to keep a 900$ total) or a 4060ti 16 gb if u can get it for 440$ or less

fans are already included, the CPU Cooler is the stock one from AMD, you could upgrade for around $20 but is not a must
