Hoyo has some flaws, but in the matter of announcing new members of the world of Teyvat, since Raiden Shogun they reached a master level and still go higher

@@amarait2 Fischl has both character teaser and demo though and she's the only 4* to get both and her demo follows 5* demo pattern. She's also featured in many events and cutscenes. She's one of my favs in the game but she's clearly being treated nicely
