Quang, you did excellent! All homemade doughnuts get like that after a few minutes. All made with fresh ingredients. That's how you know the commercial donuts are full of preservatives to keep it "fresh" tasting. I run into the same "problem" too when making fresh homemade doughnuts.
Boston cream doughnuts (as well as the traditional Boston cream pie, which you gotta make sometime) are actually filled with vanilla pudding, not whipped cream. Other than that, those doughnuts look hella yummy. 😋
