Good point. Murder is not wrong just because God says so. It is wrong because it is the opposite of love, which is the opposite of who God is. God only had to "say so" to a people who had become so devoid of truth. The 10 Commandments is righteousness for Dummies.

Rom 2:14 "For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Rom 2:15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness," And no, the Bible is not a book of myths. It is a book that accurately foretells the future. Whatever you heard about it, or think you read about it, you should give it another look.
People need help to figure out if abortion is wrong why do you think that is?. Our western society was built on Christian values that where past on. It is evident through today's generation that we would not even know what a man or a woman is without God. Murder is unfortunate at best in a world without God but it cannot be wrong. the Lord said do not delight in violence and so many of us find such delight through movies sport and see nothing wrong. Yes we need God because when we take God out of the equation you'll find that murder makes sense, "The Purge" makes sense. An innocent lion being mauled by hyenas is justice even if that lion has never touch a hyena. At 5 years old my cousin pushed me out of a mango tree, I was quite hurt but when I hear he was saying he beat me up I switched. I marched the kitchen pulled out a large knife 🔪 and made my way to find him. It was not wrong in my mind. It is now. It is a miracle by grace that murder is wrong in your ungodly mind in a world where people even eat other people. Just to add my uncle saved my cousins life.

Example 2: Rom 2:15 Not everyone has laws written on their hearts, their consciousness. You must know of the existence of Narcissist, Sociopaths and psychopaths all of which lack a consciousness and lack empathy - in other words the facts are these people don't have laws written on their heart.
