And for this reason he put back again in rule the king George (who supported the old fascist dictator Metaxas) and former collaborationst with nazis and a few years later conspired and ask Americans for help against a democratic elected prime minister in Iran, Mohammed Mossadegh. Churchill isn't a good example of democracy... or simply honorability.

Why propaganda? Were the occupation and militar and police assault against the Politechnic University not true? All these facts, testimonies, the video of the Dutch journalist showing the tank crashing the door of the university, etc. were a lie?

@@eladiojesusfernandezrosa2080 what they teached us at school that "tanks drove over students" is false. And this can be verified by the people there. Only thing that happen when the tank when in it broke the gate that fell on the legs of a girl. But it didn't "crush tens of students" like they told us. And I remember they used to tell us this exactly that way.

@@productions4452 Maybe the tank didn't crush over "tens" or dozen of students (nobody said that), but it's true that this fact (the tank breaking the gate) caused at least two people dead crushed under the weight of the tank, and many others (modern sources refer 40, 16 who wasn't identified yet, but others increase this number until 83) were killed shooted by the police and military troops. This information isn't only available in greek sources but it's also in international media and academical studies.

@@productions4452 Ok, if you say so. I'm not Greek and I don't know what is or what isn't teached at Greek schools. I only can tell what I've read and searched, and everywhere I've seen explains that the majority of the people killed and wounded in the Politechnic School were shooted, and in one or two places (like Wikipedia) that two or three people were smashed under the tank. But I don't think that is more or less brutal and terrible for the Greek people the fact that dozens of their young fellow countrymen and countrywomen were smashed or killed using gun machines by their police and military forces.
