Kat, thank you so much for including me in your video with my Dragon and Deroplatys praying mantises, and asking about my channel! I've got new subscribers, yay! We had so much fun meeting you, and Tulip is soooo cute! Hope to see you at another expo! Have a great day!
I swear the past few months i've fallen down this amazing rabbit hole of tarantula keeping. Between you, Exotic's Lair, Clint's Reptiles, and Tarantula Collective, I've gone from being unable to look at Ts without shivering, to planning my first purchase when my GF and I get our own place (Yes she's totally fine with it, she thinks of them as fuzzy puppies haha)
I recently got my first. I had severe arachnaphobia. I got a curly haired first for me and my niece. My niece was scared of hers after it bolted. So I took it in. Then for my 3rd I got a red knee for my birthday ♡
Yes me too, isn't it fascinating, I can't go a day without watching at least a couple from kat and exotic lair, or Terantula collective. it's usually bedtime watching soooo guess who's been dreaming about spiders 🕷 😀 😄
Have to tell you iv been watching about 5 weeks And I’m totally addicted to your videos Iv suffered horrendous arachnophobia all my life to a point I have passed out on one occasion Or would miss a flight rather than enter a room with a brown recluse loose!! I saw rose go viral after she died with Tiana the bug lady and fell in love with jumpers. Then found you . Honestly Cat you’ve changed my life. I also recently got diagnosed and treated for ADHD at 51 Since medication I’m not so frightened of EVERYTHING in life… and am now the proud owner of Peach a Piphidus Regius Florida female Iv had her a week And she had such a calming effect on me I haven’t handled her yet as she’s very timid and I want her to settle. she’s eating like a savage and I could watch her all day. I also find I’m waking up and first thing I do is check if you have new videos. I think your amazing Much love ❤️
Went to my first reptile expo and won a leopard gecko. Held a tarantula (in her cup) for almost an hr trying to talk my fiance into letting me get both. He was not down with the tarantula unfortunately but that is all because of your channel 🖤 thank you for showing how amazing these creatures can be. I spent a lot of years scared of spiders
I saw Luke (Luke's Bug Adventures) in the Enclosure build-off and I try to catch his channel as often as I can. I want to encourage him, I hope he can get more kids interested in bugs.
I have a Tliltocatl albopilosus, and I love him. He is the most docile tarantula ever. Even though he is an adult, he does not like to eat live pray, they need to be fresh killed. If a prey moves to much he just walks away and pouts, he also stopped burrowing once he became an adult. He is my 8 legged hampster.
I am from Holland. Before Covid i always went to Hamm in Germany. Its cool to see this. Thanks for the footage. I like the Asian and African tarantula species
We keep our blue death feigning beetles with: iron clad hell burnts, smooth death feigners, eleodes armata, super worms and beetles, as well as mealworms and beetles. Very communal never had any issues with them mingling 😊
Very cool Kat!! I went to my first reptile show this summer, it was so fun! Also I love curly hairs, I actually just took a photo of mine that I'm proud of. You're puppy is super adorable btw.💓
You are so awesome! I used to be so afraid of spiders but watching your channel has changed my perspective completely. They’re such unique creatures that I now love learning about. I even rescued a wolf spider who was dying in my garage and brought it back to health before releasing it back into the wild.
I get these expos and I think they're so cool but I always feel bad for those creatures left in tiny containers. Those geckos for example? The wall of them? They barely even have room to turn in those boxes, and they'll be locked in there for hours at a time..surely it must be stressful.
Thank you Kat its nice to see something other than ball pythons being filmed at these shows. I am brian from the uk and I have purchased five baby Brazilian blacks and a two year old female so I am going to have a go at breeding them in a few years, At the moment I breed my own line of very orange leopard geckos, which are my own line of sunglows x with bloods.
Great video and beautiful Creatures. Just wondering who was the snake vendor in your video? The one with milk snakes and rat snakes, not sure if they had other snakes.
Not going to lie. I paused this video halfway through, went to fanghub tarantula's site and, bought 3 tarantulas from them before their shipping stopped. Great experience, so far. Also, I would 100% buy one of those slings from you. Just sayin'. 😉
Cool video Kat 👏👏👏 Those orange snakes 😍 I have to ask you ..... did you name Tulip after Tulip from Preacher ? I LOVED the grafic novel ! Not to long ago I watched the series. Your little girl is ADORABLE by the way 💕 😊
A little late seeing this. I have to admit I'm a bit jealous lol. We don't get expos like that where I live. If there are any in my state at all, they're on the other side of NC. I'm in Western NC. I would be like a child at Christmas if I ever got to go to one lol. Congrats on your new additions.
Keeping an eye out for those curly hair babies! 👀I know they're basic but I love curly hairs so much and with Bear as the mom those would be some extra floofy babies. cx
Loved the video but I have a question. Is it normal to keep the lizards in such a small enclosure? Or was that just for the expo? The new sling is adorable, btw!!
Dude! He’s an awesomely furry male, hopefully his good hair genes carry on… lol.. some of my favorites are the Versicolor and avics, along with a nice floofy curly hair… they are just too adorable…
So I just looked up the phidippus mystaceus and the adults are rather pretty spiders, with both having gold colored legs, the males have a more vibrant gold on their legs and they have a black cephalothorax with a grey face and 3 red markings on the top of their “head”
I wish more people would focus on breeding blue death feigning beetles in captivity. They’re native to where I live and they’re not common at all, but they’re being captured and exported by the thousands since there’s no rules against it or limiting how many can be caught. They were uncommon a few years ago and now they’re even more rare. It makes me sad that only a small handful of people have successfully bred them, especially since I’m sure the native population will surely be decimated within the next decade due to their demand.
god it was so weird for me to see that MM T albo. mine is pushing 6" and not even fully mature. he's nearing a molt so i'm really interested in seeing how much he's going to grow and whether this molt will be The One. ;u;
I'm going to a reptile expo in Texas close to me and going to find some different species of tarantulas and hopefully find a smaller obt or another drawf species as well. Could you recommend a couple of tarantulas that I would consider buying to add to my collection of 19 different species I already own.
I really like spiders, I sometimes even watch the wild jumping spiders that sometimes come through my window in the summer. Too bad I don't like touching spiderwebs, so I won't be having any as pets.
Whoa. That centipede or millipede or whatever that creature was, that was gifted to you- $275 for that?!?! I think that's what the price tag said when you zoomed in on the container. Wow, bugs are expensive.
Omg Americans r so lucky with being able to import anything. In Australia we cant import anything our tarantulas are only browns n black mainly but we have many different species here.
Hello, can someone tell me the name of the second creature that the young boy shows, please? I'm French and I don't understand when he says it. Thanks .😊 PS : It's not subtitled at this point in the video.

I’m right there with you
Iv bought mine only a jumper but it’s a start
I love that no matter what it is you’re into you can go to an expo and there is always that one dude that has all the gnarly shit.

Much love ❤️
It's really cool how three of the main petubers I watch are in a video together. Kat, snake discovery, and Richard are all youtubers I watch ❤️❤️❤️
Ooo...I'm an early bird today.
I like the way the fluffy tarantulas look.
I have two curly hairs, I love how fuzzy they are. It’s so cute!
Yes, you can mix the different desert beetle species. Bugs in cyberspace has a large assortment of them to choose from as well.
Thanks! I actually cut the part out of me saying I think bugs in cyberspace mixes them 😂
Tough little spider you got!
It looks amazing to be there you was, to see so many kind of different animals and people being breeders. 😍
The angy little jumper!! So cute!! I also love that Cat made an appearance! I watch her on TikTok! Cat and Kat for the win
Tulip @10:56 😂❤ what an adorable little mountain goat!
I saw Luke (Luke's Bug Adventures) in the Enclosure build-off and I try to catch his channel as often as I can. I want to encourage him, I hope he can get more kids interested in bugs.
Orange Lily whites are just 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Wow great video, fun seeing all of the cool vendors. Always fun watching you do your thing with all of your pets.
So upset I missed this. Couldn't fine anyone to go with me. Next year I'll go alone if I have to!
Very cool Kat!! I went to my first reptile show this summer, it was so fun! Also I love curly hairs, I actually just took a photo of mine that I'm proud of.

If you haven't already, could you do a video on tops for shopping at an expo?
A little late seeing this. I have to admit I'm a bit jealous lol. We don't get expos like that where I live. If there are any in my state at all, they're on the other side of NC. I'm in Western NC. I would be like a child at Christmas if I ever got to go to one lol. Congrats on your new additions.
you should make some videos on tiktok with like fun facts about your different tarantulas and centipedes and everything!
The spider Jess gave you had been sitting on the counter at TWP for so long and I kept telling people the name sounded like a Harry Potter spell 😂😂😂😂
This was such a fun expo. We bought a tooooon of Tarantula Cribs lol
Keeping an eye out for those curly hair babies! 👀I know they're basic but I love curly hairs so much and with Bear as the mom those would be some extra floofy babies. cx
4:14 if u can get this reaction out of someone for any reason then y'all must be close 🤣 lol
i have a canopy and red backed jumping spider
Loved the video but I have a question. Is it normal to keep the lizards in such a small enclosure? Or was that just for the expo? The new sling is adorable, btw!!
Dude! He’s an awesomely furry male, hopefully his good hair genes carry on… lol.. some of my favorites are the Versicolor and avics, along with a nice floofy curly hair… they are just too adorable…
Thanks Kat for another awesome video...I Shall bump into you one day, you seem like a cool chicky, lol. Have a great week!
So I just looked up the phidippus mystaceus and the adults are rather pretty spiders, with both having gold colored legs, the males have a more vibrant gold on their legs and they have a black cephalothorax with a grey face and 3 red markings on the top of their “head”
🙌🙌🙌
OH is that why my curly hair is feisty? I’ve had him for 2+ years now and he’s so skittish and kicks hairs like crazy!! Perhaps he’s a wild form!!
I want one of your curly hair babies 🥺

where do you live
If you do end up getting slings from the curly hairs, would you be willing to ship them inside the US?
Make the Tarantula Kat and Snake Discovery happen. Please.
god it was so weird for me to see that MM T albo. mine is pushing 6" and not even fully mature. he's nearing a molt so i'm really interested in seeing how much he's going to grow and whether this molt will be The One. ;u;
I've been debating on breeding my T albo as well. almost bought a male but 500+ babies of the same species scares the daylights outta me 😂
Malaysian Jewel are dang rare and people try to get them for an afordable price for years. You get one gifted. That's neat.
Is that net for stopping thieves ??
**and want to be… and want to be…** … Huh? Oh, loved the video as always! =]
What’s the spider guy at 6:30s page
I'll admit. I had the initial holy crap reaction of the title card. At least it's spread out.
Would love for you to do a 5 mins asl video about spiders my daughter deaf and would love it
I would love to know the info for the Mystaceus breeder as I’ve been searching for a long time
I'm going to a reptile expo in Texas close to me and going to find some different species of tarantulas and hopefully find a smaller obt or another drawf species as well. Could you recommend a couple of tarantulas that I would consider buying to add to my collection of 19 different species I already own.
Do you have a Hyllus giganteus? The biggest Jumping Spider? I have one and I really love my Aragog :D
It was a centipede! Centipedes are venomous but millipedes are not, which makes keeping millipedes much more friendly lol
How can u tell which kind of curl hair u have?
Does anyone know the vendor before US ARK? his spider selection looks nice
Omg Americans r so lucky with being able to import anything. In Australia we cant import anything our tarantulas are only browns n black mainly but we have many different species here.
Have you ever used real moss that was on a rock?
😲🤩
I life in the wrong country😅
Girl I can find ur vidz imma subcr.
Hello, can someone tell me the name of the second creature that the young boy shows, please? I'm French and I don't understand when he says it. Thanks .😊
PS : It's not subtitled at this point in the video.
Imagine going there as a kid and ya mom says "you can only have 1"
Do you breed any of your tarantulas? I’m in kcmo and I’d love to meet you And find a tarantula for myself ❤
Why did the enclosure for those lizard sorry don't know the proper name...look so cramped...?
