Those creek areas in the Smokies are always so beautiful. Really cool campsite area. Looks like so much fun. Good friends and good views and good weather.
Oh yeah! This was a fun one Jason. Wish you could have been with us on this one. You would have loved that campsite. Hope all is well my friend. Let’s go on another adventure soon. Crow✌️
Man, just love all the creeks and water... especially bc there are so many bridgfes over them! 🙂 I was going to have o tell the Rugged Mountain Siblings to cover their ears!! Good thing the trail went down hill! Can't beat being in the woods in that kind of weather!
I thought that I was going to have have to lend you my "low honk" sound effect that I have to use occasionally with Josh to cover up those R Rated words. LMBO! Looked like another great trip! JBen gonna knock out that 900!
Last time I was in that area passed a guy who told us there was a bear working its way down the hill/Mt. We finally saw him gorging on some berries and just hanging out on the hill watching everyone pass by. Had we not been 'warned' we would have walked right by, as I am sure most people did...
When you whipped out that packet and poured the contents into your cup, at first I thought it was some kind of powdered egg thing. I freaked out desperate to know what it was and played that part over and over until I realized what I thought was a fried egg on the package was actually just a cup of coffee. 🤣
Crow, would you like you enjoy hiking and have energy for climbing up mountains with your backpack? Check out the documentary Kerry Mann of Homestead How is filming called Healing Humanity. Hundreds of doctors and patients have found healing and health through the carnivore diet. Six months in if eating only meat, at 62 I can carry a 35 pound pack for me and my dog 9 miles up and down a ridge for primitive camping. The most I could do before was 2 miles! For two years I had no improvement! Now I have no pain and I have done 14! I am stronger now than when I was 40.
Those picture perfect days really bring out the smiles, but not as big as that "finally going downhill smile!"😁
Oh yeah! You hit the nail on the head…picture perfect hike on this one. Crow✌️
