Liberty, London stopped stocking knitting yarn about 5 possibly 6 years ago Anniken. Apart from Beautiful Knitters, Loop and a few others, John Lewis stock knitting yarn, commercial and indie dyers and are just down the road from Liberty. (Just for ref for next time when you are in London) xx
I love the Fairytale scarf pattern and brioche is one of my favourite knitting techniques. I've got the pattern and I'd appreciate if you could recommend any substitution for Muscox Quiviuk yarn. Thanks in advance.
@sylvestraborealis8303 thank you 😊 Any laceweight yarn. It'd be beautiful in anything with Alpaca, silk, merino and/or cashmere in it. Either a blend or a pure yarn. You'll only need 28g of each colour so if you have leftovers that may work or a yarn you can but in a smaller skein (25g or 50g). You can use fingering weight yarn too.
