Can you review the thrustmaster eswap x pro controller? I've heard it's highly used in the rocket league community, and it's a "contender" with the xbox elite series 2.

Really wish the Switch had good D-pads like that, was considering buying this if it had bluetooth connectivity, but I don't play mobile enough to purchase these.
I love that the button is soft because in racing games for example it’s not just a forward/backwards button but you can adjust your speed by how much you press it.
The backbone is an amazing controller. It makes mobile gaming fun as hell

Backbone is having small buttons and It makes people finger kinda slip away from the joystick and elo vegabond kinda have more bigger buttons and joystick which is more comfortable

I do like and enjoy the PS-inspired controller, but I can't change the layout of the settings from XBOX to PS in the Backbone app or in-game. Still trying to figure it out
Hey best review i’ve seen since now for this backbone. But i didnt understand what where the adaptaters for.
Just specifically for the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max, nothing else.
The pro/max camera system is so large that it doesn’t fit in the backbone without the adapter.

This controller is making it really hard for me to decide If I want the s22 ultra, or an iPhone
I like the GameVice gaming controller. They don't feel so flimsy and like they will fall apart so quickly.
Biggest problem with the backbone is that it requires a subscription in order to use all its features. The backbone app and even being able to connect to iPad and Mac requires a $50/year subscription. Meanwhile you can get the same thing with Razer Kishi V2 and it doesn't have a subscription requirement to use fully.
If you don’t subscribe to back bone you just have the controller still though
All you really need is your xbox cloud gaming, ps remote play, or just the good ol COD mobile and apex legends mobile. I do have to say the ps4 remote play is absolutely garbage from my experience. But after getting my hands on a PS5 Digital Edition i’ve had no problems. I’m a trucker so this playstation edition backbone really comes in handy. (other then my girlfriend signing me out so she can play Little big planet) overall it’s a great controller. Joysticks could be bigger though.
What do I have to subscribe to? I just need it to be a controller for my ps5 remote play or ps plus

Just don't get why they don't place the joysticks and buttons in the same spot as on the Dualsense...? It's just a weird difference for instance for using the L1/L2 vs the R1/R2 buttons, as the L1/L2 are way too close to the joystick.
I absolutely love my backbone. Had I known there was going to be a PlayStation skin version one, I would of waited. These devices are very well made and functional. By far the best mobile handheld experience. And this is coming from someone who really doesn’t enjoy much mobile gaming. Dead Cells and ForeGone on mobile with backbone is 100x more enjoyable

I hope the backbone team make a design with a fan attached to the back because the problem with this design is the phone will over heat nice controller like feel but I feel this device is for high end moblie games and most of them require not only a controller but a fan to stop over heating
I ordered mine Backbone One PlayStation Edition for my 30TH birthday yesterday 🥳and it’s deliverer tomorrow at my home! Can’t wait to play with it and excited at the same time! 😄😄 between my birthday is upcoming Monday birthday hehe 😉

So I think the console can be off, but when you go to use remote play I believe you can power it on. If not, I know for sure you can wake it up from rest mode and then once your done you can put it back in rest from the remote play app.
They need to come out with a perfect fit for iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I have the iPhone 15 with a snap on case. bought the USC B Backbone and it fits with the case. Just take the adapters off.
Does this controller have a lag/delay? When I use my ps4 controller it has a slight delay which is super frustrating

I had the backbone one and just got the playstation edition. overall i like these controllers but on the backbone one edition the left joystick snapped. didn’t have it more then 1 month so it was very unfortunate but backbone labs sent me another for free, they have amazing Community Service staff and they helped me out the day the joystick broke and sent a new one the next day. 7.5/10 for me

@@FreckleFaceClyde really depends on what you’re used to playing. If you’re a Xbox fan then of course the One Edition. If you’re a PlayStation fan, then go with the PlayStation edition. Really up to you

Companies need to bring controller support day one every single time
I tried this controller twice, and both had loud clicky face buttons that were unreasonably loud to play in quiet environments. If they ever come out with a stealth version with buttons quieter like that of PlayStation controllers or Nintendo controllers, count me in.
That’s a good call out. They’re satisfying to click, but yes very very loud.

You stream them from your PS5, so it’s only games you own on your PS5
Dunno, but personally, I still prefer my electric volt, Xbox series controller with the Otterbox MagSafe phone attachment.
With my setup, I can easily detach the phone, and most importantly, I get to leave the phone’s case on.
I currently sport a casetify MagSafe ultra impact on the iPhone 13 pro max (time stamp matte black)

Mister, would you happen to still have your OtterBox magsafe phone attachment for the Xbox? I was wondering if the battery cover can be removed to change batteries whilst the OtterBox magsafe clip is installed, or must one remove the clip attached on the controller first?
I am asking as I lost my OtterBox attachment and I intend on rebuying one, but forget if I could change batteries without removing the clip attachment as I previously used a plug and play rechargable Battery which utilitzed USB c charging as opposed to changing of batteries.

@@TechSpaceCowboy I see. I fear that the clip might block the battery door and that I’d have to resort to removing the clip every time I’d need to change batteries. I have been trying to find the plug and play rechargeable ones from Microsoft but it appears all stores nearby don’t have stocks 😅. If only kishi or backbone controllers were compatible with cases🥲. On a different note, I am keen on the Gamesir x2 Bluetooth but seeing as I use a casetify ultra impact on my 13 pro max, so you reckon it would fit?

The thumb stick low on this would make it suck so bad. It works when you have a full grip like the dual sense, it does not at all work on mobile.
@@TechSpaceCowboy That's your opinion which you are allowed, with that said you must prefer Xbox controllers by the way you speak and that's fine. I'm just stating the obvious that it isnt a true Playstation anything if the layout isn't completely Playstation. To me it just screams lazy cashgrab made by backbone by just simply color and symbol swaping the original backbone for Xbox. I might add so lazy that they didn't even bother releasing a Android version along side it.

You keep your PS4 in rest mode bro. Then you can turn it on and off away from home. Usually a cell connection isn't strong enough. If your PS4 at home is using ethernet, and you're accessing it away from home using Wifi, you can play your Ps4 away from home.
Just save up for a steam deck
