- Some people believe that Illymations went too far by flagging. However, TBYS had cultivated a following of people who were willing to send hate toward Illymations. When Illymations tried to get the video removed, she was doxxed. While flagging a video can be seen as a way of harming someone's job, the context of this situation shows that Illymations was trying to reduce the spread of hate rather than just flagging the video out of spite.
Also, I don't like this guy. His videos look like BOOTY!

All he did was point out that if she wanted to lose weight she would have to eat fewer calorIes and exercise more, his actual “attacks” were leveled at her personal trainer-because the animation woman came in with a specific goal, that the trainer was not only unable to help her achieve, but also convinced her to give up on her goal.
Then some other guy told the animation woman that the video was harassment, so she tried to have it taken down, even though, again, it wasn’t harassment. Then the channels began a slap-fight.
Actually, Ilyssa reported the video for harassment on Discord and asked her friends to report the video roughly 3 hours before Dillion gave her a biased summary of it.

Oof. That one was pretty bad, my man. Your idea of a big takedown is just calling the guy "cringe" and a lazy editor? It's crystal clear that you haven't made a lick of proper research judging from the way you summarized the beef between these two- and the information wasn't hard to find, you made more of an effort going down that useless rabbit hole. But more importantly, as a creator yourself, you're making light of Illymation weaponizing her fanbase to mass report TBYS's video on false grounds of harassment, when it was just criticism of her very debatable opinions on weight. That, right there, is pretty cringe.

It's honestly so clear this guy has never watched a Think Before You Sleep video. TBYS has never outright bullied or said nasty things about creators, for example in his original Illymation video the worse he did was say that Illy's dress wasnt suiting for her. That's it. Everything else is talking about Illy's personal trainer not doing their job, how certain exercises burn more calories, and suspecting Illy of not properly following her diet. Literally nothing hateful is said if you ACTUALLY watch it instead of look at the title and thumbnail and start screeching.
One thing that's hilarious about this video is how the guy has 0 evidence of this bullying TBYS is supposedly doing and just calling him "cringe" and then randomly go after his affiliates.
If you're reading this i reccomend watching the original video (with an open mind) THEN forming your own opinion instead of listening to someone whos only argument is "theyre cringe lol"

To be fair Id probably not like this guys opinions but saying he has bad editing and worse takes, refuse to elaborate the takes (assuming right wing / manoshpere stuff) or criticize them in any way, and just insult the editing is downright foolish logically. If you want to report on a channel with a bias the least you can do is actually talk about what the guy thinks and disprove it.

This doesn’t excuse any of illymations actions however if that was the point sure I don’t agree with some of his statements that doesn’t mean it’s ok to mass report him when she didn’t even watch the video the only thing you showed is that he’s cringe how does that make him almost losing his channel better?

Never seen your content before today watching Pokemon stuff, and I'm just passingly awaee kf the Illymation drama thanks to Omni, but I think the critique of summarizing tbys' content as just poorly edited and cringey is pretty sufficent since from my exp its the usual non-self aware vapid incel echo chamber stuff that isn't really worth a long disection since your most major response is gonna be from said echo chamber in defense of "the ideas and arguements you didn't addess" even this much of a comment is too much analysis and time spent in the slop imo.
I fuck heavy with the "they not like us" vibe you're on though, content like that is at it's core dependant on preying upon young men's insecurites for a profit being masquraded as a service, but weirdly someone stating they're aware they're fat and simply neutral towards and okay with their body is what's wromg. The doxxing was very unfortunate, but as for TBYS, this video is a bad source for info. I'd watch the original video that started all this on Think Before You Sleep's channel before forming your own opinion

Think Before You Sleep, from what I've heard, has attacked her for
-Promoting eating anything even if you have something that'll kill you for it. She didn't, his evidence was cut and trimmed to remove "as long as you don't have anything serious preventing you from eating it" from "eat whatever you want, as long as you don't have anything seriously preventing you from eating it, food is food".
-Allegedly taking from bad/old sources. From what I've been told, her sources still hold up today and are infact good. On the other hand, TBYS had some questionable sources and contradictory evidence.
-Mass attacking him so his channel would be taken down. There're two things wrong with this point. First, it's a bald-faced lie. Second, it's not how flagging works on RUclips, the actual number of reports don't account for if they get taken down or not, it's the validity of said reports.
That's all of what I've heard so far about this whole situation. Haven't really delved too deep into it.
TL;DR Think Before You Sleep isn't a good fellow, from what I've heard.
