I'm definitely interested in a pack rating from a builder's perspective because I mostly build too and other ratings I've seen talk a lot about the gameplay...
ideas on community lots: ones where families can live in them like a restaurant with a studio apartment on the top floor for example, just renovating the existing lots a little bit to fix some basic things and put your own spin on them with some stuff, or just don't do them. no worries.

Hi, Aveline! For me, kombucha tastes like a mix of juice and soda. It's has a very natural flavor with some bubbles in it, like mineral water or something 😅 But it actually tastes good! Oh, and (at least in my country) it's pronounced like you did the second time you said it. Also, as you mentioned in your last video, the sound quality really improved 👍🏽 It wasn't bad before, but it does sound much better now. Have a nice day 💓
This is so cute I love this! I really like the feel for this. Could you maybe do a off the grid tiny house for a single dad who has 2 girls. One is a toddler and one is a baby. That would be cute. I know you already did a off the grid house but I thought that would be a fun house to do. Again love your builds. Can't wait for merch, maybe for the merch do your cartoon character and the doggie. ❤☺
honestly the lots that i prefer the most to be renovated in a save game are community lots because most of the time i just use 1 house and dont really visit other houses that much but i do go to community lots often but i understand if you dont like to renovate them but thats just my preference 💗
Another lovely build! For the community lots, I understand what you mean about them not being as fun as a residential lot. What if you did a community lot that was run by a family so you could add personality to it? Or maybe transform the bar in Eco Lifestyle to an old shipping container or something industrial that’s been repurposed? Would that make it more fun?
How about: "Put it in the inventory of one sim in your household" I understand your struggle. I rearrange sentences so often because I don`t know how to do it otherwise xD. Especially with english because it is not my first language. Like the build it`s really cool. Also: If you want to try something new always try to share it. Might be a little difficult at the time but I always buy new stuff when I meet friends or share with my family. In that situation someone likes it most of the time.

As a base game person, but still can't play my Sims 4 because I can't buy a laptop sadly, I WOULD LOVEUHHH to know what you think about the packs. My sister & I wanted to buy seasons, tiny house & pets. So, yeah the 1st 3 if the packs we want to buy. Ok question about Moschino stuff pack, I bought the pack but I couldn’t figure out how to actually do the free lancer career, as it wouldn’t let me turn in my approved photos. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Things to keep in mind for the community lots: All of the community centers have 4 different styles and the bar lot is actually supposed to be a train car!
what if you did a shell build challenge for community lots, and you can put the winning lots in the save file? i dont know if that feels like stealing or if you would just want it to be your builds, just a suggestion!!
the laptop is actually placed on a counter but *the counter is sized down* so it looks like that the laptop is actually on the shelf. You just need to level the shelf in respect to the height of the counter. You might need to find a way to cover the sized down counter at the ground too lol

Kombucha is really good. It's fuzzy kinda like pop (soda) but healthier. Try the ginger flavour, it's my favorite.
I don't actually like ginger 🙈 it gives me a headache
