It took 3 hours but I got 99% of it out. I even rinsed out the Red Root Floaters to remove anything that may have been clinging to the roots.

I havent watched the full video yet but the cause of death was prolly the scuds they parasitize shrimps when they dont have an exoskeleton

It was a mix of things but there is a chance it could have also been the Hikari Algae Wafers as some people have reported their shrimp dying from them. There was probably a mix of issues which I just could not resolve.
