Matty is an amazing man and everyone should be swimming in pride right now. Matty and Tom did what we all knew they could do and made people all over the world proud for them. A gay man and a straight man set the example for the entire world to emulate. If we stick together and work, we can accomplish anything.

I'm so happy to see Matt getting recognition for his accomplishment! Winning a gold isn't easy as Tom Daley will attest. "But it takes two!" Neither could have achieved this without the other. Matt should be given credit due for this pairing and the pinnacle he's reached in his sport. I hope he gets to shine in his own right and not be shadowing Tom!.
