'Blue Water' has always been my favorite unreleased Stevie song. I was dumbfounded when I first heard it. I like the version she recorded on the 24 Karat Gold CD, but this kills that version pretty handily. Second only to the original recording.
This is a beautiful song! I have been so inspired by Stevie Nicks, she is still recreating herself, joining up with Lady Antabella. I finally got back to writing a book I've been working on. thank you Stevie!
You have beautiful voice Stevie I love it thank I feel I want to seat next to you at the piano and listen to you sing all day and I like to sit next someday maybe we can sing something together love you always Stevie you Rock .
... it turns out that, he never really was "yet" anyone's "gypsy." The myth just always claims he (the gypsy) is someone's complement (to complete; they fit together as "one" together as a pair ... or a "Prolific Complement"). Who knows: Your chances are still pretty good. Could be the wind in your sails ... Sailing (SLN).
I had been angry with Stevie Nicks for some time. I wasn't sure why, but emotions kept coming up. She'd suggested that I learn the electric guitar in about 2007. Not the first time someone had made that suggestion, but I listened. So when Stevie made the cover of the Rolling Stone, I was angry. Wasn't sure why. In March 2015, the house burned and the hay barn that friends and I had partially turned into a music and video studio became my home. Friends helped with the work to finish it. Lots of spiders. In July, I had stroke-like symptoms and the ICU found bacteria in an inner ear infection that had spread everywhere. The CT showed nothing, but MRI showed past micro strokes that would have changed personality, caused confusion, lots of stuff. The doc was a female House. She was thorough! They found cataracts. I can't take any pills because they make me sick. Any pills. Lots of changes to vitamins, herbs, but still frozen burritos. I don't drive anymore and I have to go to court for a ticket mailed to me and haven't had one for decades. The mind can't be trusted and I hire drivers and I just stay in the studio and make short films. Studios are peaceful. I dismiss the bad memories now. I prefer to remember the happy ones as real. Oh I've verified many to be true, but it makes no difference if a memory should be documented. It's a journalist thing. I'm still pretty good at political analysis though. I've always wanted to try filmmaking and now I make short films. The VA says it's good to learn to play music too. If one's mind is to degrade, I can think of no better person than happy thoughts of Stevie. And one day, I think heaven will be a pretty cool outdoor concert kind of thing. For now, I'm hunting Bigfoot, space aliens ... it's a reality show ... sort of.
I've had the pleasure of meeting Stevie four times in my life, and on every occasion when she's holding your hand, your'e speechless.
