Great video, here are some self-proclaimed IPC compliant land pattern generators:
    - PCB libraries Footprint Expert: free and recommended by several PCB design experts.
    - Snapeda: they have an online tool for generating IPC compliant land patterns.
    - Samacsys: the cool thing about this tool is that it also generates simplified 3D models of the components in addition to the land pattern.
I said self-proclaimed because I didn't verify these tools against the IPC standard. I hope this helps.

Xilinx does provide recommendations for pad dimensions in a document which also describes packages (for 7 series FPGAs it's UG475).

Hi Asmi, I'm sure they do, and of course they put it in a separate document on packages and not the datasheet! I've seen some other BGA components where they provide a pad recommendation. Just to verify, before making this video I looked and found some datasheets from Xilinx component where there was no recommended land pattern.

@zack what is the meaning of land pattern density level.and pcb pad or copper should be graeter then the components footprint.what you have mentioned in videos and ipc standard land pattern is smaller than the components package .but i have read pcb pad to components pad should be in the ratio 1:0.8.how we decide as per video smd and nsmd bga pad.

The pad size is based on the 7351 standard and it roughly follows the ratio you mention, although that is not a hard ratio. The use of SMD or NSMD pad is your choice, you can define SMD pad if you want to by oversizing the pad and applying a negative solder mask expansion; only the visible area counts as the "pad" in this case. I did a video about this topic that features your question, it will come out in the next few weeks.

Hi Zach, the dog-bone is it created manually by placing the via in the center of the bga pads and symple routing via-pad or are there already predefined ones?. Great video.

The dog bone fanout is not created manually. You can do it manually if you want to, but there is a feature in AD that will do this for you. Take a look at this video to see how to do this: ruclips.net/video/6QfWWTE4PI0/видео.html
