    Eric is a great host, and so is Chad. But for my money, Chad is probably one of the most accurate shooters on RUclips.

    I think yall should invest in some cameras next to the targets. I couldn't even see if the targets shook let alone where they hit. Especially if you are that far out, have some cameras to help the viewer experience.

      Agree. Lots of channels smaller than you guys use second and third cameras. On the other hand, you guys reviews are great, and you review most of my guns, including the much more accurate black 16 S!

    Next time, can you guys place a camera near the targets? can't really see the group...

    • @RTStx1
      @RTStx1 8 лет назад +9

      Exactly in most of their videos the camera is much closer, you can usually watch the bullets fly through the air, and see the impact on target. Would have been great to see.

      Agreed, maybe a gopro right in front of the target or a camera with a high optical zoom ☺

      I'm not one of those guys who gets overly hung up on cosmetics because if you shoot it, it is going to get some wear. However, I did notice the considerable color variances too. I wonder if it changes with age, or different manufactures of the various assemblys ??

    • @Ntmoffi
      @Ntmoffi 8 лет назад

      No its basically going to look that way it's whole life. The black version is better. But CZ with 805 BREN did a lot better job with FDE matched colors. Muuuuuch better.

    I subbed to these guys at somewhere around 9000 subscribers years ago and I'm so happy I did. Their production value has gone up so far since then but they still act the same way all the time. It's great to see a channel like this rise the way they have. But now I have to go buy a scar lol

  • @wrestlebetter09
    @wrestlebetter09 8 лет назад

    In reference to the comment y'all made about the travel time for the sound and the rounds: At 600 yards it would take the sound about 1.598 seconds to get back to you. And the flight time on those rounds at that range would be around 1.666 seconds. Just in case anyone actually cares. Have a good one. Love these videos.

    has anyone else been been to the gun museum in Bass Pro in springfield yet??? now is the time to go while they have many many #1 SN guns still on loan from Remington. it's amazing that so many guns still exist that are so rare. equally amazing how many rare guns were just disregarded or lost.

  • @TheCyberd1
    @TheCyberd1 8 лет назад +4

    It was a great concept but I could not see the hits and the mirage made the 600-yard target look like it was moving on its own. Personally, I would like to see it again with GoPro's set at each target so we can see what is happening, I am not saying I doubt your call outs but is more entertaining when we can see it. Also to make it more interesting paint a couple of watermelons white and put them at the same ranges.
    Anyway, good job and thank for all the effort you put in for us by building that platform so we can see long distance shooting.
    Keep up the good work

      There should be CZ 806 at the beginning of 2017 for civilian market. There were many complains from czech army users about the weight, no stanag mags compatibility and complicated service of original Brens. 806 should reflect that.

      matthew kluge Like the other guy said, you get 3 tries. If you don't get it the first time around you have to go back to the range during teamweek(at least I think that's when they had to retry it, it's been awhile) and try again, if you pass it that time you get to stay with your platoon and graduate on time, if you don't get it that time around you are going to have to go back in training and try it with a whole new platoon/company,even if you pass it that time you won't be graduating on time with your original platoon. If you fail it that time, you're done for. You're more than likely going to pass though, the instructors out on the range have that shit down to a science, as long as you listen to them and do as exactly as they say you're probably going to shoot expert. My best friend in recruit training was a jewish banker from New York City who had never even seen a gun in his life and even he shot expert(he's also now the mayor of Jersey City, Steven Fulop.).

    I've always wondered how well can you make out a target at 600 yards with an ACOG since its only 3.5x? I love the SCAR rifle. Fun stuff

    For videos like this I wish that had one of those sights Richard Ryan has that records video through the optic. Then we could see there holds and what they see.

    That ACOG has short eye relief because it has a monster field of view. That's the trade off. You can't have both very wide field of view and long eye relief. I personally prefer wider field of view.

    So now that you have a shooting platform, are you going to re-visit some of the previously fired rifles and push the limits. maybe a tavor, or a surplus rifle.
