Next season smells like THE SEASON! Looking forward to see how the team will rebuild for next season, but im SOOOOO glad that last year's signings have proven to be super quality material. We definitelly need extra quality in middle... talking about producing some "Maddison promissing" type, because we need someone to know where to go with the ball and create chances from nothing.
Players of Maddison's calibre only come around perhaps once every 40-50 years or even longer. I'm in my 40's and Maddison is the best youth team developed player I have ever saw Cov City produce
we really need to grind results out and turns draws into wins next season if we get a good squad and sign quality replacements for those who are leaving
Same old excuses about being tired. Naturally all other teams are not tired at all. 4th biggest spenders in this league this season and piss poor start and finish.
Yeah how many of those teams had a star player out from February? Shocking goalkeeper costing 12 points minimum and also who else played 120 minutes in a semi final?

I praise the management team when they deserve it but todays inept performance is down the management team Selecting a div 1 goalkeeper with no confidence and playing one up front at home just hands initiative to the away team sorry but that's down to the management team I think king must have a long time considering the entire club and its strategy going forward
It’s a 5 year plan. Doug King said this himself. We’re building a squad from the foundations upwards. That’s the aim, and this was a transition season. I’ve been critical of the players and tactics myself, this season, but try to think more long term.
have to agree - may have been a so called meaningless game but we do not have the winning mentality and until that comes we will not get promoted - i have been patient believe me !!!

We should sign Lewis O'Brien from forest and try a cheeky bid for Morgan whittaker . Then we have a real chance.
