@flash802 I think the point is that both of them went fully at it toe to toe where as some other bigger fights have been less entertaining, but it's all subjective, I guess. It depends on what you like. Some like seeing technical boxing, some like seeing a good tear up, and others like a bit of both. Given that it could end anytime with one punch these two definitely went in. You have to hand it to Fabio though, some of those insane right hands from Frazer were bombs and he took them.

I was excited for this fight beforehand because of the different places they'd both come from, and the fact it's a British Heayweight Title fight between two unbeaten fighters, I was thinking of Lewis, Mason, Bruno, AJ, Whyte, Fury, Chisora, Williams. I was hoping it would be good. It was more than good.
This is one of those fights where I was getting emotional watching it towards the end. The pain, exhaustion and suffering they were going through was bleeding through the screen. If I'd been able to take my eyes off it, I swear I would have seen some of Wardley's blood fly out of the telly and splash into my pint.

I'd say that this was the best heavyweight domestic fight since Whyte v Chisora. I had it 114-113 in favour of Fabio Wardley by the end.
Had Frazer Clarke kept his punches above the belt line, I would have had it 114 even. And I do think that Clarke was smothering his work out of sheer exhaustion.
He'd land a two punch combination and then clinch out of fatigue. If he improved his conditioning and shifted maybe half a stone (at 19 st, he could stand to lose it), he would have won.
Cleaner and sharper punches from Clarke (unbelievably sharp jab). But better volume and combinations from Wardley.

yeah same tbh, wardley did enough to win the fight, what a fight though one of the best heavyweight fights in a very long time, rematch wardley beats him and this time will KO him. he was very close to finishing him but clarkes a warrior.

@@bossgaming498 yeah it was a great fight, I was lucky enough to be at the O2 for this fight so I can always remember being there. I wasn’t lucky enough to be in for AJ vs Dillian back in 2015.
To me you can’t lose 2 points then win a 50/50 fight unless you win every rounds like Wlad Klitschko Vs Samuel Peter’s fight. I don’t know how one judge scored it 115 for Frazier Clarke

    Clarke:
    R1, 4, 7 (point deducted), 9, 12
    Wardley:
    R2 (close) r5 (10-8), 6, 8, 11 (close)
    Even:
    R3, 10
It was one of them super close fights, for sure the knockdown & point deduction were just game changing in the fight
