Nice job making onion salt, didn't know you can actually make it I'm surprised, might give it ago myself! would it stink when you made it however? Clever idea using recycled jar while making! I reckon would be a great way to session your burgers, meats etc.

Bloody hell stuart,I can taste it now! Over here in Australia we have chicken salt that you can get at the chippy, that’s also a taste sensation!
