Congrats on the interview, Farmando XP. It is definitely great content.
Olivier, not only seems like a nice guy, he is very wise, giving me much info to think about career and life in it's self.
Thank you for participating in the interview Olivier.
Farmando XP, keep up with the great work guys!

Além do conteúdo brabíssimo, a prática inestimável de ouvir um sotaque francês falando inglês, e com um tema que nos interessa hahaha. Valeu gente!!

Listened to it earlier today, really good content.
I’ve already failed my first independent studio endeavor, although it was a really different scenario and I kept my main job during the time, I’m definitely not done and slowly coming back now in a more “solo” + outsourcing (for assets) approach.
I’m also not a business person and can say that Olivier brings really insightful thinking to you guys. I felt a slightly “sad” vibes at some points and can definitely relate to lots of things “Unity” said, although our ages differs a lot, but I started living alone early and had the pressure of supporting my parents financially and been living with my partner and our five cats so there’s a lot of costs already that I can’t just drop even being “twenty something” still.
Anyhow, I know things are difficult and making a business is a great way to get stressed with long term friends (when they’re part of the business), so I hope you guys work this out nicely. Money isn’t everything and it’s unlikely you’re just going to blow up and get rich, but being sustainable is definitely doable.
Wish you both all the best and who knows if at some point I don’t have some stories to share with you folks as well?

Thank you so much for your words! Yeah, it's not an easy journey, and being honest, isn't really something that I (Unity) chose to left my job and try this adventure. I was laid off and took the opportunity to try it, since the market is not going so good nowadays. But like I explained on the video, it's a mix of feelings and being mentally healthy will be essential to not give up. It's definitely not easy at all.
