The only other build I've seen is Throtl's. I'd say this is going to absolutely crush that car! Knowing how awesome the Taylor's are at building race cars I'd guess they will be tough to beat.
The Taylors are doing Arkansas proud. So much talent in that shop. The VGG C-20 quadcab would be a good one to have on here. Also Finnegan's 200mph Caddy.
If it's a "crusher" car then they should "sponsor" it to Alex for her RUclips channel and let her and her Dad build it into one of if not the baddest Challenger on the planet with either a TKM 3rd gen Hemi with either a big crank driven Procharger or a big twin screw blower and go race Radial racing with it or big tire No Prep racing
I like your ideas. I also was wondering why they couldn't keep it as a track only car with the stipulation that it could never be sold. So much work for a single event. Although I do think it's kind of cool seeing all the corners being cut when rules and lifespan are of no concern.

Very cool build. The other teams are gonna have their hands full with Dennis’ knowledge and fabrication skills. Just out of curiosity Alex said the rules required them to use the stock blower. Did they consider adding a turbo for compound boosting into the blower?
i have seen Westins car and he has no traction and plenty of HP so unless he trades up to some sort of slick he basically has a burnout car. so, the traction part of the build you did was very smart.

Tell me about it nowadays you'll have to spend close to $250k just to get your foot in the door if you have a shop do all the work for you and you have them build you a car from the ground up it used to be around $100-$150k for a rolling chassis for like a Pro Mod style build and now it's $200-$250k+ depends on what all you want done and how you want it done and what materials you want parts made out of and the sad part is if the government and the EPA get their way with things then the prices are going to double within the next year or so because they are trying to make it where you either have to build a Pro Mod style car from the ground up with no VIN number tag or you can go out and buy a new electric Tesla for $150k brand new and even still you couldn't modify it so either way you'll have to spend over $100k to just go racing and have fun and if you go with building a Pro Mod style car then that $250k still doesn't cover the engine,trans, electronics,wiring, and so on, not to mention tools,trailer,truck,spare parts and the cost of fuel,food, and track admission for your crew SMH
This is a TON of fabrication for a car that's going to be crushed. Kinda sad...I'm excited to see these cars run, but pretty disappointed in the outcome. Cheating would imply they are breaking some sort of rule. Dodge put what restrictions they wanted on there and they followed them, even running a DOT tire when they don't have to. Dodge will get what it wants, a ton of attention from the RUclips community, doubt they will have any complaints. BTW...she did start with the inferior car, so there's that. Can't hate on someone for being innovative and masters at what they do. Every great drag racer pushes their cars to the very edge of the rules, it's how they do. She won't be the only one with a few tricks up her sleeve.
