She is media trained. She knew not to answer that hall pass question. I would have if I was her, if she wanted female fans she would have. I think she is trying to appeal to younger kids who watch her with their parents on tv.

So...what did we learn about Alex Taylor? That what she has said before is true: she is all about racing, and not much else. She is soooooo comfortable talking about cars on Hot Rod Garage, but so uncomfortable talking about broader issues that would be of interest to people not as focussed as she is. I suspect that her preferred answer to most of those 20 questions would be "don't care." Alex will never be - or pretend to be - anybody but Alex. That is her charm.

When she couldn’t answer the boxers question or the hall pass question I was like hmmmm maybe she’s gay but doesn’t want to say but I doubt it. She’s seems super cool and a bad ass racer. I really like her on hrg and I recently started following her on RUclips.
You see her boyfriend Nick in some of the newer videos on her channel. He's also a racer/builder.
