as a norwegian, the concept of going to the final getting you your own winners performance is a bit funny to me. but its not bad! i kinda love all the pomp and circumstance around melfest lol
Is he the same performer who did "Bluffin'" a few years ago? I like this song very much! It can't compete with Norway's or France's entries but it's very good indeed!
Okay just realized how loud and prominent the backing vocal track is. Like it doesn't even sound like backup singers but just the whole pre-recorded song...
Moral of the story: a) recycling Cyprus 2023 b) covered with Imagine Dragon vibes and sounds all over c) make it melodic and chord-wise in the verses close to Wicked Game by Chris Isaak Then again you are reminded "Swedes don't care for the lack of originality" and then you go "Okay!" The daughter moment was cute ... but ladies and gentlmen ... this is ESC from now on "all vocals in background are pre-recorded including the lead on the chorus". Thanks SVT for wanting "live singing" so ... TV perfect :) Beautiful naive illusion :)
What's your problem? This song was written essentially by the same songwriter that wrote Andrew's song last year and I personally thought Andrew deserved a higher placement than he got. This song isn't as good lyrically but Liamoo gave a solid vocal and the song is good. Most pop music recycles the same few chords anyway and Eurovision is a song contest not a vocal competition. So who cares if they use pre-recorded backing tracks. As far as I am aware they're not allowed to use a live band at the contest so the artists are going to have add layers in other ways. I'm American and only recently started paying attention to Eurovision as it's not really known over here in the States. The one thing that I have found that seems to be incredibly consistent is that so many Eurovision fans are just toxic and immature. I like Liamoo's song far more than a few of the already confirmed songs for Malmo and this performance was incredibly touching as he is clearly having the time of his life. Instead of being so negative, why not just be happy for the guy.
❤andrew lambrou cyprus 2023 vibes
This clip really shows how massive the prerecorded backing vocals are.
Really a huge use
one of the best song so far. So many feelings when you hear the song

Why are swedish songs just so good
Minusta tämä oli paras esitys Ruotsin euroviisuksi.
I'm sorry but this is really boring. After Loreen and her unforgettable performance, you can't send this to Eurovision.
Try saying that any 2023 Finland's televoter... They have a different concept of "unforgettable"
