I would give Cora an extension and give a timeline for Varitek to step in as Manager after him.
I'm surprised Breslow didn't mention the two hottest pitching prospects,,or should I say THREE of the hottest pitchers in the system,,,Jojo Ingrassia,,Jedisxon Paez and Noah Dean....Then again,,there's the possibility that Craig may be trying to keep their names as quiet as possible so other teams won't be asking about them in deals...Like propping up the names he'd rather move in this Podcast(Fitts,dobbins,sandlin,early,wikelman gonzalez)...These three are doing far better than anyone else he mentioned...and Dean has given up only 27 hits in 57 innings while only having a fraction of the walk rate that he did all last year...I get it,Craig,,,sssshhhhhhh.....lol
Number 1 if we lose Alex Cora y'all lose me and many other sox fans he's the best Coach in baseball and he had hinted to management y'all need to make a move after all the players are playing this good because of him, Don't disappoint the fans

He never should've been here in the first place with all of the middle infielders we already had...Esp considering how poor Grissoms footwork is....Guy couldn't beat out Orlando Arcia last year...This trade decision and making the decision on Lucas Giolito after he gave up 41 home runs last year put us in the place we are in now with the front end of the rotation......Cora in December spoke glowingly about the shoulder and elbow health of Chris Sale and raved about how well he looked during his offseason pitching regimen...And we had Sale back for 2025 as well with a 20 million dollar team option...This was all on Breslow....Lets see if he can fix it...Pretty clear a couple of short term answers that will help the team are Eovaldi and Justin Turner....Question is what do we have to give up to get Eovaldi...Fitts and Grissom would be great!! lol
