You have to remember who these "kids" are. Tu hey have been listening to rap and hip hop crap all their lives. I love it when they discover Queen, Kansas, E.L.O., Dire Straits, Blu Oyster Cult, Stevie Ray Vaughn. My tates are eclectic.
One of the greatest anthem hype tracks ever recorded. Gritty and raw. Angus steals the show but Those drums are also sharp and on point. The vocals, bass all come together that jolts your mind passing through your ears like a locomotive and then you realize.... you've been...... ⚡⚡THUNDERSTRUCK!!!⚡⚡
I am a 59 year Aussie and would go to the local hall when I was 14 and pay $2 dollars to get in and they would play with no support band for 4 hours... it was mad ...
This just goes to show different generations. I’m 53 and feel their prime was actually during my late teen years. 1982-86. Don’t matter much. Whether your 43,53 or 59. They were bad ass then!! The music will go forever.
The original line up with Bon Scott. The bagpipes.....sick. the last few minutes that's nothing but repeating the same chords and the high whine of the pipes...geeze.
Yeah, the little guy in the school uniform? The one falling down the stairs playing the guitar at the same time and ever missing a beat? Yeah… That’s Angus Young.
Angus does not use a one handed method while playing the opening riff. He is indeed playing an up and down pick method with the open B string being on the upstroke every time.
I've seen Angus play the opening riff to this song live one handed with hammer on pull-offs and two handed depends how he is trying to get the crowd going and it isn't a track loop.

Up front in a "Stadium Seating" (No seats) at Anaheim Stadium for the Tubes doing "White Punks on Dope" is a vivid memory - But it wasn't weed that was being passed and it didn't work well with the blotter acid and Alice Cooper's set slipped past my mind. Prince opening for the Stones at the LA Colosseum was ripping it up but got boo'd off the stage. LSD for that one too... The balloons in the wind and Keith Richards still shredding Honky Tonk Woman I recall..
@@SecondComingTwice LOL... Never acid at a show.. But one time I had a chaw of mushrooms in my cheek like an old time baseball player at a Pink Floyd show.... It was wild.

I'm so glad to be born when I was.. 1976, 43 years old with 2 older brothers. I have memories of listening to my mom's music in the car (Beatles, Stones, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac), the birth of hip hop and Sugar Hill then Def Jam (Beastie Boys are my all time favourite group of any genre), then as my older brothers discovered their own musical tastes I was exposed to The Smiths, Depeche Mode, The Cure... Along the way I made friends that introduced me to things like country (still not a favourite genre, but there's more than a few single tracks that are awesome), metal/hard rock. I missed the grunge era in the 90's because I was stuck in a hip hop phase, but again had friends who were into it so I got into it a bit later in life. There just isn't a genre of music I can't find something in that I enjoy.
I don’t think there is a genre of music I don’t like. Limiting myself to one genre limits your entire experience from life. Glad you’re branching out. Though I think you are a fan, you just need to admit it to yourself.
First I wanna say I love your channel and your reactions. This however is my favorite video and reaction. This song holds a special memory for me. I am a US Marine Corps vet and in 1990/1991 I was serving in Desert Storm/Shield. On the first day of the official ground war starting my unit was crossing the border into Kuwait. As we where getting ready to cross the massive mine field that Iraq had placed on the border I started playing this song and listened to it while going across the mine field and into Kuwait for the first time. This song got my adrenaline up and me motivated, but more importantly it gave me something to focus on instead of the mine field. I am know lots of songs carry special meanings for people out there when they hear them and everybody has their own taste in music. Me I love it all and I enjoy seeing people stretching their legs into other music genres. Keep the videos coming and thanks for sharing.
At Sarstock in Toronto, The Stones followed AC/DC and Mick told the crowd that he didn't want to perform anymore after THAT performance. AC/DC just killed them!
"“Back in Black” has good bars, almost close to rap in delivery." wtf are you talking about? Its hard rock, there is nothing even remotely resembling rap! Fuckin' 'bars' in music does not refer to lyrics, bars are part of the musical structure. Each musical line is made up of bars. Each bar has a designated number of beats according to the time signature. Do you know what I'm talking about?

since the mid-'70s! don't forget the Bon Scott era
You have to remember who these "kids" are. Tu hey have been listening to rap and hip hop crap all their lives. I love it when they discover Queen, Kansas, E.L.O., Dire Straits, Blu Oyster Cult, Stevie Ray Vaughn. My tates are eclectic.
@@mellymom1121 agreed
@@mellymom1121 But at least they had watched "Iron man" movies right?
@@mellymom1121 ...Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin...
How has he never heard of AC DC I’m twelve and I love them
Because he’s pretending to never hear this to get views
Magnetic more like memenetic
Your parents are doing it right!
Literaly everyone knows ac/dc, or you have lived in a african tribe
What is wrong with that?
.
I’m a 43 year old Aussie and ac/dc were in my prime , every song and every album and every concert they killed it and ripped shit up , legendary 💪
Right on! AC DC all the way!
"Thunderstruck" is the best but I also love "Who made Who!"
That was the soundtrack for Maximum Overdrive.
Hidden message is worth three extra bonus
Dirty deeds!

Shoot to Thrill!
So cool watching people going into a different genre
AC/DC is literally the definition of catchy and no one can tell me otherwise.
Ramones?
Lol Brian Johnson's voice is like he's been smoking cigs since the womb
He’s a gordie
When he auditioned for acdc he sung NutBush city limits
He’s from Newcastle, he probably has😂😂😂😂
@@remittanceman4685😕
He has the voice of an angel.
An angel that smoked 5 packs a day for the past 50 years. But an angel non the less.
“If you wanna rock n roll it’s a long way to the top” AC/DC
Electric bagpipes 🤘🤘🤘
Better known as- It's a long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll.
Bon Scott
The original line up with Bon Scott. The bagpipes.....sick. the last few minutes that's nothing but repeating the same chords and the high whine of the pipes...geeze.
Nah, .....' it's a long way to the shop if ya want a sausage roll' :)
Ive been an cdc fan for a while and i still cant believe that sound comes out of a person
My son is 4 and knows every single AC/DC song by heart with no music playing and sings it while he’s in the bath 🤣
You are a great mom, then.
I admire your parenting skills
Do you dress him like Angus at Halloween?
Teach them good music at a young age.
cap
Yeah, the little guy in the school uniform? The one falling down the stairs playing the guitar at the same time and ever missing a beat? Yeah… That’s Angus Young.
Is it just me but whenever this song comes on in the car i drive faster.
There is no speed limit when AC/DC is playing
@@fishinwidow35 or when free bird is playing
Pretty much anything ACDC especially highway to hell and hell's bells
No when initial d is playing thats acdc makes you hit the nitrouse
Had my car on cruise control when this song came on. Damn thing sped up all on its own!
At least it has good taste in music
AC/DC the louder the better their music sound's. Listen to any screaming jets song another great ozy rock band
"Alright AC/DC whatcha got for me?"
AC/DC: Thun-der!!
I agree with "Whole Lotta Rosie" but the iconic "For those about to rock" when the canons go off and WOW!!! Get's you going
Oh, you're 44 seconds in and I can tell you - you're downloading this one to the phone! Good on ya, man.
I've never met a person that didn't, at some level, like AC/DC. And EVERYBODY loves this song. May be the best workout track ever?
I agree this is a great track but I think "fire your guns" is better
No mention that in the opening of the song, he's playing the guitar with his left hand, ONLY? AC/DC SHREDS the guitars....
Tall Dave or the camera that is attached to the guitar weighs around 2kgs.
Its called tapping.
That's called the hammer-on technique, and people don't remember Angus' hammer-on because of Eddie Van Halen.
I had to laugh when he's talking about Angus even playing on his knees.... Didn't seem to notice that he plays the opening rif one handed
It’s a guitar track loop
I don't remember where I heard it, but my favorite description of Angus' playing ability is that could play guitar while falling down the stairs.
SuperGaleford no it’s not.
Check out AC/DC: "Back in Black"
Supernatural TV show theme song right there
my thought exactly
Check ACDC "Gone shootin"
I was just gonna say that! ;)
@@mikerau8705 er..no that is Highway to Hell off the album 'Highway to Hell'
Bro, check out more of their music. Greatest rock and roll band of all time! The bruthas from down Unda been killin it since the 1970's!
“Come on, AC/DC, what y’all got for me?”
Patience is a virtue, Dude. Let the suspense build😎
AC/DC can easily be considered the GOATS of rock.... so many bangers!!
Almost any AC/DC song will give the same vibe. Just great straight ahead rock 'n' roll. Try Highway to Hell or Whole Lotta Rosie
They have referred to themselves as an overly successful bar band and it kind of fits
Man I wish I can listen to AC/DC for the first time again. Also,
This dude: come on AC/DC what you got for me
AC/DC: I'm gonna take you on a highway to hell
Should have watched them playing this Live at River Plate.....now that’s a concert.
He should watch the whole concert!
Amen...
Definitely watch Live at River Plate. Absolutely amazing concert. My top 2 bands of all time.
AC/DC is one of those groups where folks be like, "I have never heard these guys" and then recognize like 30 of their songs once they hear them.
crazy to have never heard of the one rock n roll band that has sold more records in the history of rock n roll than any other rock n roll band.....my hope for society is slowly dwindling...
I'm from Australia and this our fantastic band that I grew up with as a kid and I'm 60 years old and I still crank it up Rock and Roll baby 🤙🤙🤙
i've seen them many times in the 70's, so energetic I never sat down, in those days we could smoke weed and cigarettes in the arena, those were the days
Checkers lol
Terrific choice. Love them. However, when you don't wear headphones the sound quality for us, the YT viewers, is poor. Please go back to using headphones.
When I listen to AC/DC, my neighbors listen to AC/DC.
And there's 40+ years of guitar scream'n
Notice left hand playing up on neck not down low hes doing with one hand
That's in bon scott acdc
Brian j is good bon scott was great
Them were some good days, its a miracle I lived thru them
"What'cha all got for me?"
THUN-DER!
Hell yeah bro, thre guitar player, Angus Young, was one of the wildest performers ever. No one rocked the stage harder than him. I'm glad you like it!
Rest in peace Bon Scott and Malcolm Young
Quote from Ice T: I happen to like rock 'n' roll, and I feel sorry for anybody who only listens to one form of music.
I love rock and roll ....and it's all Prince's fault
I can't imagine limiting myself to only one style of music.
I don’t think there is a genre of music I don’t like. Limiting myself to one genre limits your entire experience from life. Glad you’re branching out. Though I think you are a fan, you just need to admit it to yourself.
@@charlesthompson8743 - I think buying the tune and saying he's gonna be listening to it all day is a pretty good admission...

Thank you for your service!
Glad you're safe x
Back in black is the third highest selling album of all time. Over 300 million sold.
It’s the second best selling album of all time and has sold over 50 million copies world wide.
Sammy Hagar said to never follow AC/DC. The crowd has no energy left after these guys.
At Sarstock in Toronto, The Stones followed AC/DC and Mick told the crowd that he didn't want to perform anymore after THAT performance. AC/DC just killed them!
Great comment and great quote....thanks for that
Great quote ....thanks for that
Awesome
I went to see Journey in Houston Texas and ACDC led for them. Big Mistake. By the time ACDC was done so was the crowd. Journey was a sleeping pill.
Don't play this loud at the cemetery cus you'll awaken those who are slumbering there, out of the ground.
Bury me as deep as you want and if I hear AC/DC I'll rise from the grave to headbang to them one last time.
Hoping Bon Scott hears
73 and Thundering with AC/DC… rock it out for the world to hear
The next song you listen to from them is “Shoot to thrill”.
Listen to "Gone shootin"
Next is "War Machine" or "Have a drink on me"
The opening of Iron Man 2
AC/DC- Back In Black! Whole damn album!!!
Yes yes and yes.
100% yes!!! And High Voltage. Razors Edge and Money Talks. Top it off with For Those About To Rock
Hell Yes!
“Back in Black” has good bars, almost close to rap in delivery. And” Whole Lott’s Rosie” is just kick ass live performance and funny as hell.
It's actually nothing like rap and they're not called bars they're called lyrics...smh
arsalsedo53 ikr rock is not rap
Stfu
One of the many fantastic rock bands from Australia
"“Back in Black” has good bars, almost close to rap in delivery." wtf are you talking about?
Its hard rock, there is nothing even remotely resembling rap!
Fuckin' 'bars' in music does not refer to lyrics, bars are part of the musical structure. Each musical line is made up of bars. Each bar has a designated number of beats according to the time signature.
Do you know what I'm talking about?
Dude, they were a household name back before cell phones. Everyone knew them and loved them.
