+Ray Klish effects arent always meant to cover flaws. I think the reverb gives his performances an interesting sound. especially when u take in account the kind of songs he does might sound a bit empty otherwise.

I commented something like this in other of his videos, he is REALLY good, and although the effects makes an interesting sound, the excess of reverb kind of doesn't let enjoy his talent (my opinion)
I like the effects.

First time I've even thought of this song in years. Rather than go find the original, perfectly content to enjoy this one.
I sing in a cover band of AIC here in Brazil, and man, gotta say you did a brilliant job! From singer to singer, I'm so happy that quite talented singers as you, will never forget of our beloved Layne. All my admiration and respect..congrats!
There's a lot of reverb, but I can see why he decided to put it, since without it the overall mix (being quite simple, since it's just voice + guitar as opposed to the bigger original arrangement) would sound thinner.
Plus, it delivers a nice take on the chorus, as he's actually "staying away"... like, faaaar away. :D
