  • Tranexamic Acid (#TXA) is a drug given to bleeding patients to help create blood clots and reduce overall blood loss. TXA is most effective with rapid administration that is, given to a patient within 3 hours of injury. But how does TXA actually stop #bleeding?
    This education video that portrays the Mechanism of Action of how TXA stops Tissue Plasminogen Activator (#TPA) from creating Plasmon that prevents nice blood clots.

To date, this has led to successful collaborations in many clinical fields, including cardiology, emergency care, adult and neonatal respiratory failure, liver disease, and reproductive health.

      A trick: you can watch series on kaldroStream. Been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.

    can you chew them? i need to take these badly but i can never swallow pills i’ve tried for at least 7 years and i can’t

      Crush them up and put them in a yoghurt or food and consume it that way. Some of my patients take meds this way :)

      It's all psychological believe me,i couldn't swallow as well and always started vomiting but then someone told me a trick, it's like you put tablet in you mouth and take a sip of water and just think that you have water in your mouth,just need to swallow water by widening your throat and tada there it goes in your stomach,I'm so used to now

    Ummm dogs? Does transamic acid stop your body from breaking down things it should ie there must be a reason
    That the fibrins are broken down.
    Does transamic acid in read risk of stroke or other harmful clots?

      Yes gave my cousin a blood clot in 2019 she was sober for 5 years deaf 4 days after she got out of the hospital evil

      And she was on the transexamic acid when that happened?

      @@Melanie____ not deaf* i meant died* she was sober and died... 4 days after she got out of the hospital and her release papers said no drugs in her system but transexamic acid was in her system she got a tooth pulled and they administered transexamic acid to "stop the bleeding" she died 4 days later from a blood clot.. the hospital killed her...
