I started to smoke when I was 16 and last year I've decided to quit. It's such a tough process, but so worth. Now, 24 years old and 16 months without cigarettes and alcohol and practicing exercises everyday, all I can say is: do not give up giving up bad habits. You are a winner since the moment you've decided to quit, so go ahead, champ!
Good for you mate!

@@andersoncardoso1882I’ve been smoking for 1 year now, I’m 17 . How does it feel after quitting?
@@ELA._.BORATED Right after quitting is not that easy because there will be a lot of moments when the abstinence will make you wanna light a cigarette, so you need to avoid these moments as much as possible. For me, for example, used to be when I was in a party or something, during the morning after waking up, with some friends that smoke too, etc. However this feeling goes away sooner or later, and evertyhing becomes easier. So the longer you go without, the better and stronger you feel. And you will definitely feel great. Your breath, your energy, your mood, evertything will change together. Next month I will complete two years without that and I just wish I could have stopped before. Oh, and money, you save a lot of money, at least here in Brazil 'cause the straw cigarette isn't sheap and it was my favorite

I tried and succeeded in quitting cigs.. To hold a fresh psilocybin mushroom in one's hand is to possess the very nature of oneself. Their beauty meets their potency.
I have done shrooms in small doses a few times, but a couple days ago I took almost 4 grams and had my first actual trip.l believe I truly experienced ego death..
You can get out of habits easier after a mushroom trip and get a different routine going, I couldnt even finish a cigarette afterwards because it almost made me throw up with how horrible it tasted.
it's weird how it can be so different for everyone i used to take magic shrooms and now i feel like a completely different person in a good way i have this constant feeling that my bad grasp of reality is damaged.
Y'all all talk about the benefits but you don't say where one can grab from...
dr.rinehartwoods
I started smoking cigarettes since my teenage, spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. Also suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.
No doubts shrooms are 100% blessings from nature. Indeed nature's little miracles
Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.
Hey! Yes Dr.alishrooms
I'm really happy for you that your wife decided to help you...I hear about alot of family members or so called friends shutting an addict out of their life, which since most addicts do it to mask emotions to me is the worse thing someone can do to an addict.

Smoking is one of the main causes of preventable death worldwide. The Scriptures say: “God . . . gives to all people life and breath.” (Acts 17:24, 25) Since life is a gift from God, we should not do anything that would shorten our life, such as smoking.

I quit 11 days ago, I wish I knew it was this easy! Only the first day was difficult, third days was very easy and after that I was normal again. Don't listen to anyone who tell you otherwise!!

My husband did irreparable harm to his heart and died five years ago. I'm still angry and hurt because he chose to smoke for forty years. I don't like being a widow! :(
Ted-Ed the goat for real you just earned a sub homie

Like my father 😞
Buffalo Fan716 like me it sucks i wanna quit but i relapsed many times 😂

I was smoking when i was watching this
I'm actually a bit worried, i am a smoker for 10 years maybe, but not a frequent smoker. I'm thinking about quitting it forever! But after spending weeks with out cigarettes somehow it finds it's wat back to me.
i'm not even a smoker and this was beautiful to watch. the body is such an incredible system, continually trying to heal and rebuild after the damage we cause it. good luck to everyone on their journey to quit!
True, the human body is extremely resilient and I can never stop being amazed by it

It's been 9 years since I smoked, I wish everyone success.
My only advice would be don’t even start it, don’t try it, don’t try to be trendy. Stopping after getting addicted is SO HARD.
almost all starts for being trendy and then regret
👍👍👍
I bought a pack of cigarettes, I'm still not addicted
@¿Eres Cristiano? Amen!!
Ted Ed: quit smoking

Could you please make a similar video on smoking of marijuana? I'm not talking about the high, but biological effects of the smoke
Marijuana smoke is actually good for your lungs
Matthew Chow no smoke is good for your lungs. My uncle (you can google Daniele Piomelli) is one of the worlds foremost researchers of marijuana use and its effects, especially on the nervous system and in the long term. He knows it has negative effects on the body, we just don’t know how negative as there hasn’t been enough time to study long term effects. Not as bad as cigarettes but it’s like the difference between drinking motor oil every day or drinking a sofa every day. Both are bad but the first is worse, or at least it is as far as we know.
@@CortoMalteaser Marijuana smoke is good for your lungs. Do some more research.
Matthew Chow www.lung.org/stop-smoking/smoking-facts/marijuana-and-lung-health.html
Made by the American lung organization. You can live in denial all you want just cause you smoke. As I said, my uncle has done research into the effects and there is no doubt marijuana is good for the mind and many neurological issues, but it is not good for your lungs. I think you are the one who needs to research as I have now provided governmental and scientific data to back up my claims while you haven’t. My guess is you just like to smoke and pretend no negative health impacts exist.
@@matthewchow4991 your correct don't listen to these self religious twats
Tip for smoke quitters :
A day or two after stopping, go to a hot sauna, you will sweat out the nicotine in your body and it will become easier to quit.
48 hours after smoking the last cigarette all nicotine has already left the body. So your statement is incorrect. It works, sure. Not after 2 days of quiting though, but during the first 2 days.
If someone wants to quit smoking they should just start gaming
@@swastikasingh3195 bro I'm a new smoker should I continue smoking
@@rottweiler910 no bro smoking is not cool
Think of your parents before smoking
@@swastikasingh3195 what about his parents??
Heres a tip for smokers trying to quit: smoke tea cigs.
It sounds really silly but it has helped people quit and as long as you roll it yourself with the right paper, its way WAY better than a cigareette.
5 days without this...Will keep updating the same here only. Thanks for useful information

@@nikhilsharma-ns4xm I hope you are doing fine. Just keep on going you got this.
@@nikhilsharma-ns4xm good luck you got this! Remember make small changes rather than big ones they’re always more effective
It has been almost two years since I quit smoking. Following these steps really helped me. 1) Don't think you are quitting forever, that will build unwanted anxiety. Just quit for the day and so on. 2) Eat whatever you want, as much you want. Treat yourself like a king. Have chocolates, ice cream, favourite food etc. 3) Avoid places or people who trigger smoking craving. eg smoker groups, friends, smoking while driving, etc. 4) Note down trigger points/ periods and beat them. These are the most crucial moment of truths, eg if you smoke as you wake up, be mindful of it and control cravings for 5-10min, after which it will go away soon. 5) Stay happy, take out some break. Relax, and enjoy life.
Do you still crave smoking even after quitting it
@@zafercelik5495 Not at all, on the contrary, I find the smell of cigarette smoke quite displeasing. I would say it usually takes 21 days before almost most of the cravings are gone.
@@devanshchheda7934 that's great i thought that the craving would last for years. I'm gonna try quitting it, starting today
@@zafercelik5495 I can understand that, I too used to feel like this whenever the thought of quitting came to my mind. It's like "Will I never smoke in my life? How can I do that?" But, which is why I stated in the very first point, don't think for life, Not just smoking but anything for a matter of fact. Because it will build unwanted anxiety and stress. Just think for the day, and viola you will be surprised to see that you absolutely never liked smoking in the first place. It is all nicotine and habitual smoking that is playing with your mind. Addiction is a mental thing. I hope I helped you.
@@devanshchheda7934 yes you did, thank you
I have never been an excessive smoker but I was never able to completely stop and I tried twice. I currently have covid and haven’t smoked in 2 days so I’m going to give it another go. Thank you for this motivational video
wanna talk ?
Life is hard enough as it is without us having to make it harder.
No creature on the planet inhales smoke.
That should be enough reason to stop.
