Nobody is surprised by the S58 at this point, or any of the current S series motors for that matter, they can handle huge amounts of power. The drawback of the platform switch is weight, unless you guys decide to get rid of some more, you're going to be using more fluids, brakes, tires, etc.
Weight is always gonna be an issue but you get a lot of performance from the chassis rigidity in a road course environment. It won’t show up on a drag strip but it for sure matters when you’re doing 90+ into Road Atlanta Turn 1
Saw you on the list for limited at SLB cota and was really excited to compete against you.... nope sold out. My wallet got a break. Good luck at slb!!! I knew you wouldn't show up on that big track without more power!
The 535whp with drop-in filters, downpipe and 93 race tune is about what the LF4 in the ATSV and CT4VBW can get. 100+ more whp than 93 octane using MS109, on a non-"kill tune", with no supporting fuel mods? BWOAH
You did a great job explaining, and it's good to see a driver with such a thorough knowledge of his car

How much weight is left to be taken out ?
Steel trunk, steel doors, and a lot of interior stuff that I won’t need in the class I’m running. We’ll see!
@@JackieDing86 S58 swap the Supra?
@JackieDing86 are you guys going to make your own Nascar engine inside of muscle car project car
Those numbers are huge with very basic mods, what a beast. I'm excited to see it back out on track.
Should be plenty!

6-fucking-70 wheel.. drop in filters, Downpipes, Racegas, and tune…gawd damn
How about a medium/small single. Doesn't need to be a big boy but a nice twin scroll efr.
exhaust actually sounds decent dang
This is going to be the best car. I can't wait to get a G87 M2 someday. Somehow!

TBH, if I was racing a modern BMW the temptation to rip out all the stock electronics would be overwhelming. 😂

Finally! Power up!
Love from India Brother ❤️

I said it before and I'll say it again. The S58 is the current day 3JZ.
