Two years ago, when I was approaching 40, I discovered this song and found love at the same time. She was younger than me, in her early 30s, and I fell in love with her at night on the rooftop of my apartment building. at 39 i can barely remember what happened when i was young. just that, life was a lot less complicated. after my son passed away recently, i don't even care about what my life was like in the past. i'd say the only thing i learnt was to be patient in life, and realise it's mostly full of suffering, and that all paths eventually lead to one.
