- We found ourselves at Bradenton Motorsports Park once again but not for what you'd think! Usually we're there for some good ol' drag racing with street cars. This time around we got the treat of watching top fuel, funny cars, and more at the inaugural Pro Superstar Shootout with $1,300,000 up for grabs! The fans have never got to be this close to cars like this ever before! It's truly a one of a kind experience. To make things even better, they're racing for WAY more money than they usually do! It really made the finals INTENSE. As if things couldn't get better, we got to watch these cars break records at a track like this, unreal! We absolutely LOVED this event, and hope they do more so we can come back!

I met him and Jeff Lutz at SEMA back in November, he really is a genuinely good guy and loves his fans. He was super friendly and spoke with my friend and I like we were his peers and offered to take a picture without us asking.

Ive been going to NHRA events for 25 years and this last week by far is more coverage and excitement than ESPN has ever shown.

Clay Millikan definitely is a class act. He’s always up. Team owner Rick Ware is obviously the man behind the money and he makes this stuff happen. A really big deal for Bradenton too. Hopefully this will be an annual event. Great coverage by 1320, as usual.👍👍🇨🇦

It won’t because it’s ran by the NHRA that wants to screw everybody over. Even at private non-NHRA events they step in just like they did at sick week and restrict people from running faster than certain times if they don’t PAY THE NHRA to do so. If you want progress for the sport you have to help get rid of the NHRA.
Sadly the EPA is against this beautiful sport 😢

I've been a fan of Clays since his IHRA days. This event was basically a test session that had a big payoff. If the way he's running is any indication, he's going to be a force to be reckoned with in the 2024 season.
Same here. Was 12 when I first met him. He was racing in IHRA. Been following him now for 19 years.
Clay Milliken is what we need more of. Not just in racing, but just in general.
I'm glad Clay is getting some exposure, what a nice guy and positive image for the sport.

Braedenton seems to consistently have some of the best track prep of all the tracks I see on RUclips

So badass of Victor to gist this event right when construction of the houses is taking place. This track needs no stop support and hist as many events as it can while people are buying those houses.
Hopefully they invited the existing new neighbor to a free ticket to the festivities.

If you never been to a nhra drag racing event and you drag race you dont love drag racing its the most amazing thing to do and experience a bucket list thing you should do you wont regret it!!

Live right there. Been going to that track and NHRA events my whole life. This was the coolest event for drag racing I’ve ever been to. And I’ve never seen that many people at that track. Ever.
I love experiencing NHRA and this coverage helped Tickle the excitement in my bones. Can't wait to feel that rumble in my bones again

I've been around these a good amount over the years and the first time I went to see 4 wides at Zmax it was beyond anything I had ever experienced. I ended up nearly dropping my phone trying to record it... all of the stadium seats basically start vibrating and some internal organs decided to try to change places with each other. I can't wait to go again!

I’m so glad my dad was able to see Clays win at Route 66 before he passed away… We were going nuts!! Clays second win of the year came the weekend after he passed and I knew dad was up there smiling somewhere!
