Hehe, thanks! I think I'll keep them around for a while. They'll only get more helpful, right?! Thanks for watching and for the comment, I really appreciate it!
Always appreciated seeing you keeping things so nice and clean. We always washed all of our equipment before we put it in storage and it’s a dirty thankless job but somebody has to do it.
Hey Lauren, awesome video!! It's great to share the messy side of farming! Especially with robotic milking!! Everyone needs to see that it's not just nice work!! Also, I gotta say, it's more fun watching Eddy wash equipment over me cleaning my equipment on my farm!! Always the least favorite work but well worth it!!
Thank you! Thanks for watching 🙂 It's definitely not all glamorous. And yes I can imagine, kind of like how food always tastes better when someone else makes it! More fun watching someone else get cold and dirty than it being you!
Hi Lauren we really enjoy your videos and learning about how much work it is every day feeding us. I'm from Ontario as well and wondered if you ever give tours around the farm?
Thank you so much for watching and for the comment, I really appreciate it :) I'm glad you're finding it educational. Where in Ontario are you from? Yes, we are always happy to give tours! Feel free to message me on Instagram or Facebook to set something up! @dairyfarmkindoflife INSTAGRAM - instagram.com/dairyfarmkindoflife/ FACEBOOK- facebook.com/profile.php?...
Thanks so much, and thanks for the comment! I remember I got them from the sunglasses hut online but went back to look for them to send you the link and couldn't find them (pretty sure they were on clearance) ... sorry!!
No such thing as a dirty job on a farm. But you get dirty doing a LOT of the jobs on a farm! Glass isn't half full nor empty, it's just what it is. 👍, and great video!
I'm sure there are more dirty jobs than these...lol...although those are pretty dirty. I smiled at Eddy and his rant - I watched the other video of painting the tractor so figured he was meticulous. There was a farmer down my way that used to vacuum out his tractor almost nightly, weekly for sure....I am certainly not that way although I have old equipment complete with small oil leaks. Good video.
Not dirty job, this is your business, people who have passion, interests more over down to earth they came to dairy business so do not call dirty job enjoy u duty, love to the cows🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
Yes! I actually took a picture of the thermometer inside the other day. Its was -25C outside and super windy but 4C inside - this was in the late evening so no sunshine.

Does your barn stay above freezing in winter? I see lots of exposed water ?
Yes it does. Last winter we had -25 for a week and wind chills into -35 and the coldest it got was 0 degrees Celsius.
Yes! I actually took a picture of the thermometer inside the other day. Its was -25C outside and super windy but 4C inside - this was in the late evening so no sunshine.
