That looks like a fun air-powered platform. Seems like it can accommodate just about any type of projectile. Pretty cool idea to make a shotshell.
For sure. As long as the caliber is 0.68 it should work with the HDS. People came up with some crazy ideas already. 😅

These shells would be very effective when used in a modded HDS it seems like. Probably not more than 25-30J as any higher would probably do serious damage to an intruder as apposed to just pain compliance.

Where can i buy these?
Someone needs to make a plastic full length insert, holding a rifled .50 caliber barrel in the center.
And replacement 12 inch barrels would be cool too.

You'd have to check if the power output it allowed at your airsoft field. But besides that I don't see a problem. 👍

Sadly not because of the guidelines but I got them from Homedefense 24. You should be able to find them over there.

Can the HDS shoot paintballs?
Yes, that's what it's original design is for. This is for airsoft compatability, I'm pretty sure

Those are, without a doubt, 6mm aluminum bbs.
I shot with plastic bbs and steel bbs.
Aluminum bbs would deform when shooting steel. (Which doesn't happen with the ones shown)
in ebay there's better slug longer than this

Абсолютно бесполезная вещь. Разве что по мухам стрелять.
Power could/should definitely be higher. But if you want to shoot more than max. 2 projectiles at once this may be your best option.
What I also like about it is, that you can use biodegradable BB's with this, which is good for shooting in the garden. Besides some paintballs there isn't biodegradable available in .68 as far as I know.

a t4e co2 airgun can reach 250 joules, your shell are too shor to accelerate the pellets
That good joke... From 16J to 250J ?!? You must be one of those guys fishing sardines and telling people they hunt sharks.
250 Joule, maybe? In fact, over 40 Joule is easy possible, and the version in the video looks like a german toyversion => not enough damage.
