I can just imagine the guard being extremely uncomfortable throughout the entire video as the D-Class examines him from head to toe with zero explanation
A white working uniform that stays clean despite wearing it every day must be some kind of SCP artifact in itself. Any kind of white uniform IRL, especially dress uniforms, attract dust, dirt, food stains, and colored lint as if it had its own gravitational pull that only affects things that leave stains.
either it's one of the reverse engeneered anomalies they use internally or its disposable and intended to help identify if someone has been contaminated by some SCPs that emit gaseous, fluid or solid anomalous compounds
In hospitals, lab coats are white so stains would show up easily at a glance. The purpose is to avoid cross contamination in a sterilized environment. At the foundation the white uniforms are both for avoiding cross contamination but also since the walls are white, it can act as a form of camo.
Whole reason I got the vinyl cover for my dress blues lol. The cloth one they give at boot camp gets dirty really easily, and it's hard to clean. Even just holding it will stain it with tan & brown marks from the oil in the skin of my hands. The vinyl one is so much easier, so I use the old one for my Service uniform cover (dark green).
I see SCP, I click. And I must say the Mobile Task Forces are more interesting than Containment Breach lets on, e.g. some members get to bring exotic/anomalous weaponry into their loadouts.

Could it be a nomex flight suit that was bleached white? I wonder if it’s just a white set of combat style unis that you can’t see the separation because of the riot/CERT team vest. Who the hell uses a molle battle belt without utilizing the attachment points for various bits of kit; ergo a secondary weapon holsters, mag pouches, blowout/IFAK kits, cuff holder, combat knives, etc.
Pretty sure they do have secondaries and they do have the mag pouches and maybe just cuffs but knives are useless when you are containing anomalies. Also I don't think they would be using grenades unless they are mtf especially like Nu-7 raiding an enemy base because grenades can destroy parts and cause more money to clean up after a breach than the already dead personnel post-breach
Fictional secret organization... That's literally what they want you to think! I have to say, my favorite part of their uniforms is the complete lack of solid neck and spine protection. One little twist is all it takes to get that sweet sweet CRUNCH sound...
Love this! You should do the uniforms & armor of the Mobile Task force from the same game. They arrive late in the game and are basically the more advanced version of these guards.
the flightsuits in the game are actually a very light grey, not white (according to the developers) best way to achieve this is to get a white suit, and dye it with light grey dye
To be fair for the guards they're fairly restricted to the sites so therefore the white suits wouldn't get all that dirty. My personal opinion about the design is fantastic, also I've heard people wonder why people wonder why they bother with body armour. The guards also have to deal with d-class riots and GOI attacks and a kevlar vest would be useful there.
It should be noted (if it wasn’t already in the video) the main job of SCP guards is not direct engagement with anomalies. They are no where near equipped for that or trained for that, that job is instead reserved for the mobile task forces. It’s the job of the facility guards to assist scientists and keep D class under control. In the event of a containment breach it’s the guards job to stop D class from going rouge and to evacuate scientists.
I always thought they wear hazmat suits as a base, cause you know how many biohazard type SPCs they have, might be easier to just have the hazard suit on where all they need is to get the helmet or flip it out from under the armor for quick reaction to a breach

I actually think that a good fit for the white suit would be a tyvek suit. It would make sense as the security is expected to work in hazmat areas and tyvek would provide a basic hazmat protection whilst still being light and tactically viable.
