    Thank you for this wonderful workout.
    I am 44 years old and a beginner, so I used 2, 3 and 5 kg dumbbells.
    I workout only at home and workouts like these are a blessing.
    I didn't burn even half of the calories you burnt 😂 but that's very individual, I guess.
    Will share this workout with friends and motivate them to take up strength training.

    Love the exercises, well explained thank you coach Ali, im 57 using weight between 15 and 10 lbs and sometimes 5lbs. Hopefully I'll be able to lift more weght in time.❤

    Doing half your weight, I think this is OK (?) as I'm half your weight
