There was a channel named guigui rides that was trying to make a backyard inverted coaster I’m pretty sure the project was canceled because he was diagnosed with cancer but from his videos it looks like a manufactured coaster perfect layout and inversions aswell
Speedcult looks like the most terrifying ride ever made. It almost looks like a prototype for what could be a flat ride similar to something like a zipper or rock o plane
Ok, thanks for the mention of my comment. If I could build my own backyard coaster, it would probably be insane. Using the nearby gully and a compressed air launch, I would shoot for at least 2 inversions and some wild, janky manuvers as I don’t think I could exceed Arrow Dynamic’s track building style of straight lines and circles.
I got to ride Shadow Stalker (my only backyard coaster cred) last year, and it was very well constructed. I had no idea about Speedcult until today, that thing looks absolutely demented.
Blue flash and blue two were moved to that amusement park, but the state government would not allow them to operate. They are not damaged. They are operational. They just cannot be operated legally.
DUDE! I was so happy to see Shadow Stalker and Expedition Equinox get mentioned! I've worked with them, and they're great friends of mine! Great video too!
If I had kids I would totally build a backyard roller coaster as theme parks are way too expensive for regular trips. Nice selection of concepts. I van a noy imagine the insurance and council requirements in Australia would make this impossible though.
there was this other launch coaster that might have a more intense luanch. i can only find footage of it in this video: ruclips.net/video/kfnqp1XXEH0/видео.htmlsi=BYM46keWEdsDccbf&t=63
There's footage of someone riding blue flash at haunted hoochie, so it was indeed reconstructed there. But i can find no evidence it ever was available to the public to ride.
Trevor is a truck and trailer engineer and owns an entire business including a lot of steel manufacturing equipment, so he's an expert and has the resources to build something so professional. I have a bunch of behind the scenes footage of his coaster that I want to put together into a video at some stage soon, but I agree, I was baffled by how professional it was, even down to little safety details that he added just in case!
I figured that might be the case, unless they had a huge backyard! But there are other defunct coasters on this list, I wanted to include the best of all time, not just the best that are still standing (especially since it's very hard to verify if a backyard coaster is still standing).
Pretty sure your top 10 is incorrect. Theme parks are private property... Therefore, every professionally built rollercoaster blows these out of the water.
Does everyone watching this wish that they had a backyard roller coaster? 😋🤤 Edit: I would *REALLY* like trying out Alpine Escape and Jacko's coaster. 🎢
They all look pretty flimsy when compared to theme park construction.
duh.....lol
Keep in mind they only have to carry 1 cart with 1-2 occupants, and they go way slower than modern coasters, so the forces are a lot smaller.
They are built by people and not manufacturers in theme parks so… yeah they are

I recall hearing that the guy passed away. Very sad.
Thanks for the shoutout and the kind words!! Our coasters are only possibly because of our incredible team!! Stay tuned for more.

Honestly they could probably get in touch with a rides manufacturer and pitch it. I'd definitely love to ride it.
6:10 Love how happy the old fellow looks...
I love how a few of them had their caps blow off 😂
Our creations are only possible because of our dedicated fan base! Stay tuned for more creations coming to a backyard near you from Built To Thrill!
Thanks so much for the equinox mention! Awesome video!

Speedcult is literally 3 miles from and have ridden the Roaster Coaster. Extreme and fun well worth the trip. Plus their parties.....
I can’t even imagine having a roller coaster, so good and cool that it would have been moved to a actual theme park if it still worked after moving
The Themeing on #1 and #2 is nice. But I would by far prefer Jackos Coaster over both of em.
Blue flash and blue two were moved to that amusement park, but the state government would not allow them to operate. They are not damaged. They are operational. They just cannot be operated legally.
Gotta become rich and get Intamin to build me a velocicoaster clone in my backyard fr
speedcult looks like it could be at the action park
4:16 i would like to mention. Jeremy Reed also use to work with arrow dynamics. He help make the worlds first 4d roller coaster.
How did I not know about those Disney replicas? Those are insane!
They're amazing!
Goal Boss should’ve been on this list. It even had a heartline roll at one point and had proper steel fabrication.
I think Jackos coaster is number 1
Backyard coaster #4 looks too intense for me
3:56 truly the land of the free
theyre not ready for that conversation
DUDE! I was so happy to see Shadow Stalker and Expedition Equinox get mentioned! I've worked with them, and they're great friends of mine! Great video too!
Brilliant...and a bit nuts!
So to give off no negativity,,,,all ill say is number 4 looks like The most fun and most detailed roller coaster😊
😮
Im impressed. Thats all I got
Because when family tickets to Disney cost more than building your own roller-coaster.
Very cool.
Liked this video before watching it 👊🏼
Number 4 looks amazingly realistic
Speedcult reminds me of The Zipper at carnivals.

Take a look at ai pioppi in Italy, its not exactly a backyard cosster, but all his coasters are build by him and actually ridable by the public
I don't think they have been able to operate the blue flash because of legal issues.

I think I've seen that one too. I couldn't find any information about it though
i like rollor coasters
you forgot about will pemble, he has alot of rides

Wooden Pneumatic Coaster 1 looks too intense for me.
Just kiddin 😂
3:52 let the hat go
has anybody went to the western fair
Jackos coaster would look great in any theme park fucking hell how did they make that ? looks professional

Abusement park sounds funny
You think that last coaster was the best backyard ride ever….. I got something worth checking out…..
Please do share
Show it.
“found in the haunted houchy in ohio” 5:52
Top 10 things that I want but I will never have in my backyard
Little Thunder replaced Alpine Escape. Alpine Escape is sadly no more.
I figured that might be the case, unless they had a huge backyard! But there are other defunct coasters on this list, I wanted to include the best of all time, not just the best that are still standing (especially since it's very hard to verify if a backyard coaster is still standing).
Hi
Tüv sagt nein
My backyard sadly isn’t big enough
See you in the emergency room.
😂😂😂
Count your fingers

Ok?
Are they backyards though
@@kaixed 00:33 - "Today we're going to countdown 10 of the best rollercoasters ever constructed on private property"
@@PhrostyGaming Though the title says backyards

@ryan-uk6jfTDS is one hell of a drug
YES!!!
