I remember trying this devastatingly beautiful fragrance from a friend that was graceous enough to give me 3ml to take home. It was the only fragrance that put me at a loss for words, into a haze of sensual beauty, I knew I needed it in my collection someday. More than a year later since trying that fragrance, I have finally purchased the largest size available. This will be my prized gem in my collection for years to come. It is expensive, but worth every penny for the mystical experience this elixir transports the wearer & those around that are blessed enough to smell. Thanks for the review btw, Cheers from the PNW!

Wow, Sebastian this sounds amazing! I’ve never heard of it before, thanks for the introduction. White florals are hard for me to wear, but jasmine tends to be one I can wear much easier than others. I’d love to have a chance to win and get my nose on this, I’m pretty curious if it would smell like I imagine. It could be a bit similar to Al-Khatt from Xerjoff’s Oud Stars line; which is my favorite jasmine fragrance (with oud and musk) it’s absolutely divine! This fragrance sounds like it could be do up my alley. I’m in Tennessee.

sounds amazing! i love the idea of an oud with jasmine. i had a night blooming jasmine outside my window for many years. that animalic scent might come from the flowers rotting, which creates something new. i miss my old vine [landlord sold] people always remarked on it's scent, and wondered where it was coming from, as they could not see it at night. i'm in california
I absolutely love the description of this fragrance! Night Blooming Jasmine is one of my favorite notes in a perfume. My favorite jasmine perfume is the eau de parfum version of Hypnotic Poison by Dior. Actually, all the flankers to Hypnotic Poison have jasmine in them, so I love them all! My favorite Oud fragrance is a tie between Le Labo Rose 31 and Jo Malone Velvet Rose Oud. I live in Pennsylvania.

Sounds like something I'd love to try! Never heard of Shalini. I love oudh and jasmine fragrances, though I don't have many of either. Among frags I own, my favorite jasmine is probably Caron's 3rd Man. You didn't ask, but I also love saffron (I'm a big fan of Divine's L'Homme Sage). I'm from Oklahoma. Thanks for the review!
I’ve recently heard of Shalini, and the combination of night blooming jasmine, which we had in our house, combined with oud, a scent I’m trying right now, really intrigues me. Plus your description of a “warm night air with smell of jasmine hitting your face” doubles down on the must try.
My favorite jasmine fragrance is Jean Patou Joy, and for oud, it’s MFK Oud.

Yrs, I like jasmin note in fragrances although it is more feminine. And I like animalic notes too- costareum, civet, by the way jasmin have animaluc side too.

I love how Jasmine smells as a plant but haven't found a Jasmine fragrance I enjoy yet. The warmth drawing out the jasmine appealed to me. No favorite oud yet either but I have enjoyed Tom Ford's Oud Minerale. I'm in California.

Nautica Voyage is one of my mainstays in my collection. Great frag. Oud is one of my favorite notes, as a matter of fact, my first oud base fragrance was Black Aoud by Montale. Florida, USA.
Minnesota, favorite jasmine is an oil I got from India, absolutely love jasmine and oud. If I'm looking at scents and something has oud in it, I have to try it :) Haven't heard of this brand before. Love your description of the notes

I have Montale Aoud Musk and a jasmine extrait I pair with it. Simply amazing. Also have from Rising Phoenix called Musk Rose. It’s a skanky rose but man it is soooo good. Your review had me at Jasmine. A favorite note. Also was intrigued by your humidity comment. I too have experienced that heavy dampness etc. curious how this fragrance pulls this off. In the USA.
The idea of a challenging floral oud is exciting. Having never smelling a jasmin centric fragrance, I can't say I have a fav but as of this moment my favorite Oud is Oud Touch by Frank Olivier...supposedly its close in smell to Dior Oud Ispahan. I love the smell of jasmine, but I don't think I've smelt it in a fragrance yet, at least not as a main note. I do, however, love oud. Alkemia's Attar Al Oud, Amouage Jubilation XXV, Gucci Intense Oud, Tom Ford's Oud Wood and Oud Wood Intense, and Polo Supreme Oud are amongst my favorites. Would love to smell this one though! Oud and musk are things I think would normally suit me quite well, but I am struggling to think how jasmine meshes with those two. Love the smell of jasmine too though, so I would be very interested in seeing the interplay between those notes. To answer your question, I don't currently have a frag with a significant or prominent jasmine note, but I' m always open to trying new things! From Michigan, by the way.

I don’t have any Jasmine but this fragrance reminds me of al khatt by xerjoff. Oudy, animalic and floral. I’ve tried musc ravageur too and boy was that some potent stuff. Anyway I’m from Montana. Thanks for sharing
"Dirty jasmine" sounds very promising! Fave jasmine is actually Cedre Atlas by Atelier Cologne, while my fave Oud is Slumberhouse Vikt

My current favorite jasmine scent is Jasmins Marzipane by Maison Lancôme and favorite oud is still Tom Ford's Oud Wood. I absolutely love both jasmine and oud fragrances. I love jasmine and oud. My favorite oud fragrance is Kyara by DI SER. My favorite jasmine fragranceis Sikkim Girls by Lush, but I have high hopes for the special fragrance that Beauty Meow is putting together in collaboration with 4160 Tuesdays. Ilove your description of this fragrance as animalic. I have a soft spot for animalic perfumes. Canada.
One of my favorite notes is jasmine. Tauer's Le Maroc pour Elle is my go to jasmine fragrance and a few of my favorite ouds are Guerlain Santal Royal, Lancome L'autre Oud and Heeley's Agarwoud. I've heard of Shalini and would like to have a chance to smell this amazing jasmine. I'm in LA.

I am not familiar with this fragrance nor this house. I also don't believe that I've had a ton of exposure to any good jasmine heavy fragrances. I’ve just figured out that my favourite oud and jasmine fragrances, Encre Noire A L’Extreme and Alien Eau Extraordinaire, do not have those ingredients listed😁 Anyway I love them when they’re more subtle, like YSL M7 Oud Absolu.

I'm hoping it smells big like in a Maai kinda way with that animalic, musky, floral. My Sister loves the jasmine in Turbulences. I like that there is a humidity to the fragrance since oud usually is so dry smelling. My favorite oud so far is Oud Imperial (that you suggested Sebastian!) and Beaufort- Vi Et Armis. All very dry and unapologetic. My noise is ready for something more warm. Hi from New York!

I have a few fragrances that last all day and night and into the next day. I like the idea of one more. My fave jasmine that I own is a rare vintage Henry Jacques. I also love ELDO Jasmine et Cigarette and Atelier Jasmine Angelique. My fave oud is Boadicea Complex. I'm in Ohio. I do not know this house. I love jasmine and oud!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS ODOR. In hindsight, I see that your review is incredibly generous. I also have gained increased respect for your not having endorsed this scent as beautiful, magical, or even something you would recommend. I am inclined to think that all of the positive comments about this fragrance are in someway connected this product financially. It smells of feces from the opening through the dry down and simply does not change. At $1200, I cannot believe how disappointing the experience has been. And I'm stuck with a flacon of this product. I cannot stress enough the importance of actually smelling this prior to even purchasing a sample. What's even worse, is that the actual atomizer is not a high-quality. It is sloppy and weak.
