    I wore 2 drops of Egyptian Red Musk oil last night to a restaurant & a man from across the room approached me saying I need to wear less perfume & he was leaving bcuz of me. Be careful with oils.

    This is not just Cambodian oud, it is from a wild cambodian agar tree which have probably been infected naturally for many years unlike the artificial agar tree farms.
    Wild oud possess a quality of smoothness that has less animality compared to other oud oils and is an eternally long lasting scent that radiates and lingers for a while people would be able to track your scent without you being in sight

    Cambodian oud is probably the skankiest oud you’ll smell you just need one tiny dab. And walk it off you’ll start smelling gold in the air, up close though is a different story.

    Got the Tom Ford Oud Wood back in 2015 and when I first smelled it I knew it was special. I love Oud.

      @@patrickbateman4541no real oud maybe, but it’s still a great introduction into Oud as it obviously brought him into enjoying it. My intro to Oud was Layton exclusif, I’m sure there were mere trace amounts of Oud in that but now I own several tolas worth of various oud oils. Let him enjoy his oud scent

      TF oud fragrances use synthetic oud as far as I know. What Jeremy has here is pure oud oil. It’s too earthy and stinky for the European or American markets but it is very special stuff.

    I think those pure or highly concentrated perfumes are simply too overpowering.
    I have smelt many of my grandad oud perfumes in attar bottles, and some of them are so damn strong.

      if you know what you're doing, you can buy high quality oud and turn a cheap $50 fragrance into a $500 niche fragrance in a single drop of oil

      @@lovejones8041 it's probably named after Ayodhya, or Oudh India as it was mostly used in India. Although I think that the legend of King Solomon preserves a Tamil rendering so it could have been obtained by Solomon's crew in Ophir, Supar ( Mysore) India

    Medina in Saudi Arabien der Laden heisst Abdul Samad Al Qurashi... dort gibt es sollche Öle hasst du nicht gesehen..... hab den per zufall entdeckt als ich so einem Scheich gefolgt bin der ultra rich ausgesehen hat. Hab da ein Oud Öl gekauft zäh wie Honig und nach über 10 Jahren riecht das Teil wie am ersten Tag !

    Absolutely amazing my uncle used this maybe not that special brand. But that smell will stay with you forever it’s something myself I’m trying to get but it’s liquid gold and let’s say everything for me got burnt up and rebuilding my collection. But again absolutely fantastic.

    Apart from using oud as fragrance, we Cambodians also use this mainly for incense, medicines (sometimes), and one of our status symbols due to its rarity.

      Dab it on your wrists, then behind/under your ears. People also burn oud chips and let the smoke flow around their hands and clothes. It’s very earthy and quite stinky. The heat of the Middle East activates it creating a broad sillage.

    I understand a fact that a lot of western reviewers don't know the taste of oud. Actually hindi oud oil have an upper hand over combodian oud. Try and feel it. I am from India. Oud initially give u hard smell but after 30 minutes, its magic
