Thank you for this, Josephine - I feel that Mizensir is one of those brands that never seem to get the exposure they deserve. They have been on my radar for a while, and a couple of weeks ago, I finally ordered two discovery sets ... and went completely overboard right after, with full bottles of Très Chère, Luxury and Poudre d’Or. ☺Fragrances, bottles, packaging - it all screams luxury to me. Alberto Morillas really is in a league of his own, isn’t he?
Please keep up the fabulous content and beautiful aesthetic of your channel (not to mention being one of the very, very few who correctly pronounce brand and fragrance names)!

I am a big Mizensir fan. I own for your love and elixir du musc .. and I absolutely adore these two! Elixir de musc is perfect for bed and for your love with the everlasting longevity and amazing projection.. keeps surprising you as if there are so many layers and all amazing scent, and I got eternal musc for my daughter and bois de mysore for my husband 😇💗 all four are amazing. I have testers for many others.. très chère didn’t really work well on me I guess. 🤷🏻♀️ poudre d’or either! The opening is too confusing and after it settles it’s nice but not really what I like to add to my collection.

Im currently sampling “For your Love” and the initial blast is strong, but the 10 minute mark airiness of the raspberry and patchouli, musk is sooo sexy. Hubby approved 💞Very interested in trying more from this brand!
Bought a few Mizensir fragrances from Les Senteurs a few days ago. They were doing 25% off at the time. Very impressed with them all and the bottles look stunning.
I purchased Elixir de Musc based on your review and oh my goodness!!!! I absolutely love it!! I also bought Fleur de Peau based on your recommendation. Are there any others in this vein that you could recommend? I love these clean musky scents. (I own 1957 as well and love it!)

I have a sample of Poudre D'Or and yes, Josephine, a very fairy tale of a name! It does not project at all but I started spraying on mask and I am now enslaved to its beauty. I ordered a sample set due to your review of: Bois iridescent, Elixir de Musc, Celebes Wood and Très Chère. The other one I wish to sample is Golden Oud, because I am a fan of aoud. I have Tres Chere, Poudre d’Or, and Sweet Praline. I’m absolutely in love with this house. They are intoxicating. I did own Luxury but my Mother loved that one so it’s her’s now.
Do you find you need to spray this more than other perfumes? I've got samples of Sweet Praline, Tres Chere and For Your love and with 4 sprays (two on each wrist) I still barely smell anything
@@jacintan4248 Huh, no I definitely smell them. I do know that this like does use some synthetics (although all high quality I’m sure). It could be that you might be a bit anosmic to them.

Mizensir just appeared stateside in the US in select stores like Bergdorf and Bloomingdales. I got a chance to smell them at Bergdorf and then got a sample at Bloomingdales. Ideal Oud is wonderful for me and I loved the smell of Rose Exultante and Sweet Praline. I also smelled the others and I love this line!
I think I am sold with your review of Coeur de Cologne hahaha I might get it...to be honest I have never heard of Mizensir before but it sounds a lot like the ones in Jo Malone let me know if I am completely wrong haha ... Btw what is the lipstick you are wearing ? It looks gorgeous on you 😊

Oh, yet another fragrance house I need to check out now :) Would love to compare Perfect Oud with the oud simulations of Byredo... I love perfumes by Alberto Morillas such as the Bvlgari Man series or his creations for the private lines of some Italian designers. You have really a great and inspiring taste, Josephine, as you're not too snobbish for some hyped up things once in a while, but give a lot of attention for the perfumes not everyone is talking about. Always look forward to new videos!

Tested my discovery sets along with you. Delightful and perfectly composed. Although I'm testing these in November, I enjoy the slightly powdery DNA of For Your Love, and Ideal Oud. I think Tres Chere is beautifully wearable for any season, and I'm looking forward to wearing Gingember in the summertime or, perhaps layering it in the colder months. We get all seasons in Oklahoma, so lots of options. I still need to try the other samples: Luxury, Perfect Oud, and De Figuier. Thank you for another great video.:)

I bought Eu de Gingembre because after I tried it every other perfume with ginger note came of lacking in spades. He is a master of his craft.

I’m just disappointed with Mizensir, they don’t ship to the US. From the website where I usually buy, they do not have Poudre D’or. I wanted that so bad! I don’t know how I can get my hands on that!

Thanks for sharing! I just found this brand and picked up a sample of Musc Eternal which is a very clean/powdery/laundry type musk scent. You also mentioned Musc di Elixir, I wonder how close they must smell? It's obvious Alberto Morillas has a thing for musks! The way you described Poudre d'Or was amazing! will have to try it out!

when I watched all your buying guide for Diptyque, Memo Paris and this one from Mizensir, I JUST WANNA BUY THEM ALL. I did buy Velvet Haze from Byredo, Atomic Rose from Initio and three from Memo: Lalibela, Granada and Jannat. I need to save money for Mizensir.

Eau de Gingembre is probably my favorite, Cologne de Figuier is a second favorite. Fantastic niche brand with unique high quality fragrances.
I just bought Cologne de Figuier Carlton, my god, this scent so fresh and airy! Alberto Morillas has the magic touch.

I recently went to Mizensir store in Soho and smelled some. I really loved all because all of them were very balanced and nothing was too strong to give me a headache. I really wanted to buy all 😅 (But they are bery expensive 🥲) I ended up buying “solor blossom”! I’m not sure if you have tried it yet, but highly recommended!!
