New update dropped in GTA today! We can finally buy a police car... 10 years later lol

I would’ve been so happy if this was in GTA Online’s prime, now i just want a fresh start with GTA6, hopefully most of the fun stuff like this comes to the next GTA Online. And less of the OP and futuristic stuff like the Oppressor.

@@Catdude1991 I know, but current GTA Online isn’t really fun anymore, seen essentially everything, just saying I hope with GTA6 they’ll do a fresh start for everyone, if anything you get a bit of starter money depending on how much you played/spent before. And stuff like owning police cars or outfits and other things like this that are in the current GTAO.. will be at launch and not years after 😅

This gives me hope that GTA 6 online/singleplayer will have purchasable police cars and SWAT trucks at auctions or something, and also have the prices seem a bit more realistic because how in the world a random police cruiser cost almost 5 million

With no missions like in the older gtas where if you hopped in a police car, ambulance or fire truck they had the lil side missions you could do while in them…

That would probably be story mode though, so I accept this car because we can use it online.
Make LSPDFR a DLC for story mode. I’d pay $10 bucks for that.

I remember back in the beginning of GTA Online on 360 and grabbing the Granger Sheriff SUV and taking it to a Los Santos Customs so you could customize it and store it in your garage. I was sad to come back a couple years later to see it was gone after they patched it.
What the actual hell are these prices?? How is a police crown vic worth more than most planes in the game. Wtf. Rockstar get you game straight. Im not gonna grind for 2 days to get a police interceptor. Or pay 50 bucks real life money. We should all stop playing this game until prices are fixed. Makes zero sense why some of the vehicles are that expensive.

Tip: it’s not that we don’t want to wait for traffic, it’s when we are headed to a call rather it’s protecting others property or persons. It’s not a full blown run code priority 1 call, but we need to get there in a rush, before things escalate.
I really hope they do the cops like Mafia or red redemption in gta6 were someone has to snitch for u to get wanted level,not just automatically know u did it and where u are, and no more spawning out of nowhere

I really think this is awesome that there's cop cars But they're a little bit too expensive They could've been cheaper because I really want to buy one
and given how many liveries (locations) you'd want to use them, it'd be cooler if they were $500,000 instead

But nobody will actually pull over for you in GTAO if you want to just mess around because it would be hilarious to wait until some one is doing a gun running mission on a road vehicle and you roll up in the unmarked and chase them
This is almost $100 worth of content, if you don’t wanna grind hours to get the millions of dollars for 2 cars, that have already been in the game for 10 years. The marked police car is $50 alone, it’s so recycled, they don’t even try to hide it.
First time in online, you could do that in story mode of course. But why couldn't they let you disguise yourself as a cop along with that, would have been a great new thing to mess around with in free mode

I remember the first month of GTA online there was less limitations on what you could find on the street and put into your garage. We put a FIB suv you find with a 4 star wanted level but they updated it and we lost it

I still generally seeing GTA 6 having a separate buyable feature where you can play sorta like LSPDFR for Xbox next gen consoles.

There's another upcoming cop car which is the gauntlet hellfire (dodge Challenger hellcat). It's a drip-feed content so it's not out yet. Maybe it'll be available next week

Pretty much the only known way to get a police car was the LSPDFR mod. This is cool it’s in the vanilla game!

You need to download and play GTA V LSPDFR. You get to play as a cop with callouts, pull overs, etc.
Are they worth 4+ million dollars? Hell nah. Did I still buy 7 of them? Absolutely

Well, we had the RCV in the Doomsday Heist update. So maybe not the first police vehicles.
RCV (riot control van) was more of swat, so I wouldn't say police vehicle, emergency vehicle maybe.
