Soap pump not pumping

How to fix a soap pump that stops pumping and is hard to push down.

Also I found if you have super bad soap scum or hard water in the filter put it in a small jar or cup of rinse aid that you'd use in a dishwasher.

Hope it helps out. Also I am not sure if you seen my comment I left on it but something you could do if hot water doesn't work use a rinse aid in a glass to help with the filter
