Those pumps are a pain because they have no instructions and I think it’s like taking a little a jar. He just gotta keep turning it turning it left until it pop up and then it’s a miracle you’re good to go

I'm here because of a Native shampoo pump. I see what you mean. But for pumps that come with a product. I would have to clean the shampoo off it and dry it and try. To me that is too much effort. So it's going back to the store. Any company that creates this problem is a problem themselves. Thank you for your tutorial I will remember it for future pumps.

So simple, but so useful! I used a half inch wrench to hold the bottom part stationary because their wasnt much to hold on to and it was really solidly locked and slippery from the body wash in the container. Using this technique it popped right up!

I turned the cap clock wise and made sure it is fixed to the bottle then turned the nozzle counterclockwise and it released the nozzle.

It has to twist. Push it down and twist it. Try counter clock wise - the opposite way the clock hands travel on a clock
